The process requires time and patience to achieve. You will need some technical competency, your binders with information at your side and have the soft/hardware to turn paper documents into a digital form. Set off a block to time and then start the process.
In the beginning it was o k but then afterwards I had to have help.

My wife was buying something on line and it came up that she could get a discount because I'm a firefighter for our township. ID.me was the method that the retailer was going to use to verify my status in the community. It took two tries to come up with the proper verification certificate, but we finally got it to work and we got the discount

It took a while to find the steps necessary to update my phone number, it would not have me login with out a confirmation code sent to my old phone number.
