I'm very satisfied, the whole process was super quick all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. A Pleasant experience.
The agents are difficult to contact.and i don't receive the codes via text and code sent to reset password is invalid.

Fairly easy, but a lot of questions. I was not prepared for.
Every time I needed to work on it I got right on it was also safe I had to repeatedly re enter my password
When I was going to Login to a state/federal agency apparently I had joined ID me And it came up as an option to Login. It did make it much easier than having to remember or look up a password But I find what's easiest is if I can use Face ID. I'm not really sure which one is safer, but I do worry about hackers and stealing my information.
It took me 17 verification attempts over a period of 3 days to finally get one approved. When you are older and have hand tremors taking a picture of a document isn't easy. Besides that even the scans from my multifunction printer were not accepted. I did try the in-person verification at a UPS kiosk & that wasn't any better as the camera is stationary, but you are now holding the document.
Besides the above be sure you know exactly what they are verifying. Every choice of primary and/or secondary documents they accept do not work.
I was not aware of such a service until i saw a student discount program with verizon n clicked on it.
It was a great experience signing up with ID ME. I know this is the future of things to come especially when it comes to identity theft. Upload documents before beginning will make it more easier. So don't put it off, jump on it now.

Not sure who these guys are, that's why I gave 4-stars, but otherwise, helped me to get my student discount quickly.
Maybe I will update this review if I am ever able to verify myself with this service, but I wasted over 30 minutes holding still, staring into my phone, while it circled my face with a green line and made me look like a sketch. I had to wait for 5 minutes each time, but each time I got a vague error message and was instructed to try again... until I maxed out my failed attempts and was forced to wait in line for an "agent" to chat with me, which I also have not yet been able to accomplish. The website offers no troubleshooting or help with why the video selfies failed. Their chatbot isn't much help. I tried switching my wifi connection. Maybe I wasn't supposed to move? Holding painfully still for 5 minutes for the third time in a row is a bit enraging. I tried bringing my face closer, then farther- blinking or no blinking? Did it fail because someone in the room asked me a question and I replied? Because I looked away? Turning on more lights didn't help. I have no idea what went wrong, but the ordeal left me pretty upset. Especially when the instructions are so vague and the error messages even moreso.
When you set up your accounting easy to login and always check your status and the payments you need to do and all the information concerns your account.
It took some time but I believe I was able to clarify who I am and hopefully who I am not. I am still awaiting the final results.
