It took me about 5 hours and 4 days to resolve an erroneous error message I got during the verification process.
These are really good deals! We are a family of military, police officers and school teachers. This is very much appreciated with things being so expensive now.
The site kept on sending me verification numbers to my phone number I finally got them to accept my documents after time and time again and then they said my phone number wasn't valid and they had been texting me come on folks!
Not happy with the new process with video or selfie. The audio didn't work, the call hung up on us, but the agent called back. Be prepared to have yourself together if it matters to you, clothes, hair combed, etc., no longer doing business in the comfort of your home with your pjs on. The process is intrusive.

Terrible experience. No one I talked to understood the process. I was told to just follow their instructions. Several times I looped through the same process. This application truly sucks. There is no logic or flow. This product was not developed. It is bits and pieces of apps put together to gather information. Who knows how secure each one of these pieces really is. I had to use multiple devices to get through the process and had info and pictures stored on different devices. Can you describe cluster to me? That's what it was. Even the submit button at the end of this doesn't work,
Total not user friendly when signing up was already signed but then program changed and need photos and never could up load them and tried many many time and message back something went wrong and was working on it and never was fixed
I had to use this to verify who I was. Being so frustrated, knowing how much of a pain it is to use these things I hesitated, but ended up doing it and getting over it.
To my amazement It didn't have even one single glitch. No errors updating documents. No complains the a 4k HD pic was blurry.
This was quick, simple, easy, with no delay, and no hassle at all.
I was setting up an account with Verizon and sent to this third party website with no explanation. I qualify for a discount for my phone bill and Verizon, nor this site explained the process or why we had to provide very personal information. After being approved (30 minutes of circling this site) by ID.me, the text said it would link back to Verizon so that I could claim the discount and Verizon had timed out or didn't link back up. A complete waste of time and now today, I will have to sit on hold for hours with Verizon to sort this out.
