At first I had difficulty getting a response. But once I got link for video verification process it became easy, efficient and satisfying. Especially with the agent who assisted me.
I had a little trouble with my connection at first and the agent was very helpful and nice.

All was clear and understandable except the program fails to tell you that you have a choice of using your smartphone or your personal computer for the video call. So I ended up having both of them on which was quite confusing until I settled on one.
