It's very good since it's a great help so that there's no identification theft.
It requires a good deal of attention to detail initially but after getting set up the logins on social security and the VA portal are reliable.
The downside is extra steps and time for two factor authentication, along with pretty frequent emails from ID. Me advertising a number of services or discounts and I don't dare ignore them in case it has to do with my login procedures or other important stuff. Not sure if I can opt out—will check on that soon.
