I had one problem with my name. Some documents do not include the middle name (not initial), and I was rejected because my name on my initial personal information was not in ALL CAPs. I suggest going through the entire process to the required documents. The copy or write down the available documents and check any requirements. Close the application and prepare your chosen documents and print them in COLOR. When you are sure your documents will be accepted, sign back in to ID. Me and complete the information. This process took me two days so take time and go slow. The video process is very easy and quick.

You have to give several points of disclosure (to be expected) but now my picture of my PA license is now on a 3rd party site and could be hacked. PA should make this process more user-friendly to ensure compliance.
After three days of getting told my information did not match some requirement, I was locked out of my account. I am still locked out and have been told I need to contact Social Security. This product does not work.
