It was very easy to use. I am not tech savvy but did not have any problems. It guides you through the process. You get a code sent to your phone to enter into the site. I was not intimidated at all by the technology.
Can get all information I want from this website. For example, on my social information I don't have to go in the office. Ask my question it's so easy. I can just get online and search all I want information in the right place.
Using this app is simple, it had difficulty identifying my photo and I had to do multiple uploads but in the end it was accepted with the help of a video call from one of their agents. Please have your documents ready that you are using to identify yourself you will need to show them on the video call.

I am not very computer knowlegable and found it difficult trying to upload the documents. I wasted to much time on the self service when i reached the point of submitting the second phone number the system would kick me out. The virtual chat was somewhat easier but still had difficulty uploading photos. Once i got through to the chat person he was very helpful. However once i got on the irs site i am still not sure if my info was received and processed to take care of the issue.

Instead, I've received misinformation & disinformation from some unprofessional officials in Ramsey County, Minnesota, who have systematically targeted my child & me out of prejudice & discriminatory retaliation. They've exploited our disabilities & vulnerabilities to mistreat us. Regrettably, systemic failures within the bureaucracy & a "blue wall of silence" have only worsened our situation.
