Was able to get the info tax info I needed. I felt very safe inputting my info and like that they required picture and live ID to verify my identity.
I found gaining access to ID. Me to be a tedious and time consuming process. I had submitted all my information previously and had to submit it a second time for some reason.
Can't get a verification code that works. Guess they figure the most secure site is the one no one can get into.

Straight forward. Easy to use. I was able to more especially access the information I needed from the agency.
My problem was caused by an old previous phone number. I couldn't figure out how to solve it. The ID Me app has a video verification feature that was really easy to access and the tech verified my ID quickly. Problem solved.

Once i had my state id and social security submitted for review by the online system, i was able to request and book an appointment for a video call verification of my physical identity government documents within 20 minutes; once on the video call, the gentleman checking my identity documents was respectful and gave the straightforward instructions in a digestible, step-by-step manner (i. E. question about why you are verifying with id. Me [e.g. Verifying benefits for veterans or medicare] and instruction to show the identity document in a specific manner so that there is a good amount of distance between the document and the webcam [first start with the identity document close to the webcam then slowly move the identity document further away, all while keeping your face visible in the background]) making the video call verification process

Very easy to access the Video conference with their Customer Service Agents. Fast and Efficient. Had to gather other information, so I got off the first video call and was back on in 5 minutes...
As I explained already on a short survey. ID. Me gave me a sense of feeling safe with my information. For the fact that my identity has been stolen and hacked. I'm not too trusting to apps these days but I definitely felt safe with ID. Me and yes I would refer others. Thank you all for your help! ID. Me was fast, safe, and attentive!
