It took me a week and a half to get registered and had to do it at home because of my phone number not being connected to me for verification. Once I completed it at home, I could not report from home because I do not have my payroll program on my personal computer.

I'm unaccustomed to video chat and uncomfortable, so I didn't know what to expect. We really need refund money now that was held up. I tried to verify my info on my own with the IRS and this time with the self serve option multiple times. Getting the picture right, using two different devices and multiple attempts almost made me give up. Then I tried video. Using this service was so easy! It told you exactly how long it would be till a call back and timed minutes so I was able to grab a bite and not worry about callback. The agent was sweet the process took less than a minute. I should have done it first. Save yourself the trouble. Great service.

Good, I tried to use the ID section with the credit check questions. Keeps giving me questions that actually don't deal with me. Like someone else is tied to me credit.
It was quick and easy, very helpful. My agent was nice and got straight to the point and it took no longer than five minutes.
