I recently received my Australian PR, and IC Australia was really helpful throughout the process. In my opinion, anyone who wants to migrate to Australia but does not want to deal with the hassle of the procedure should absolutely consider employing their services. Try it for yourself; these individuals make it look easy.

The staff is very polite, professional and responsive. However you may have to wait a little bit in the line until you get a response as they have too many clients.

My experience with IC Australia was amazing. On my own, I didn't know how to get a working holiday visa. I stambed on their site one evening and signed up. Jeff called me and explained every detail about the visa I wanted. I didn't waste time. I applied with Jeff guidance, my visa was out in less than 4 weeks!

Fill the a eligible step on there web site and they call me.after that they asked me some questions & the second thing was who you will our fee 1500$ I asked them is that i am eligible for pr visa they said ya ya. I paid them 1500$.after i send them my & my wife cv & score was 60 points.Mr Tom call me & says now you pay 3200$ visa fee. How is possible this i needed 65 points for the step.but he was laying me.not recommended.they not guide you well.

Do not be conned by this company. They have taken thousands of pounds and sent me nothing at all. AVOID

Was told over the phone a week prior that I would have no problem getting my deposit back, and could even get the full amount back if three months in I hadn't gotten a placement.

I signed up on the site and 60 seconds later got a phone call requesting a deposit and information. I was convinced over the phone to pay a deposit, and told that it would be refundable as long as I had not gotten a job. I was also told they would help me look.

Then I looked up reviews and was told it was a scam company, about people not getting information they paid for, being way overcharged, etc. There were four star and five star reviews (either fake or from other conned people), and the rest were all one-star reviews.

I changed my mind and asked for my refund back (they tried to convince me to pay the full amount of 1600 over the phone, I said no to that.

When requesting the refund the phone agent told me they wouldn't give it to me, because I'd already signed paperwork for them. I asked where on the paperwork it said that I couldn't get a refund, and was directed to terms and conditions at the bottom of the website (which I could mysteriously no longer log into despite nothing having been cancelled yet as I was still talking to the agent), where it talked about possibility of refunds, did not mention signatures anywhere and said that a refund would not be issued even if you had only submitted half the documentation (so even if they hadn't been able to start working on it for you yet).

She offered to do an internal investigation, but there's not much point in liars investigating themselves.

Total scam. Glad I had the sense no to use them. I've spent 200 in stupider ways, but this is a scummy thing for people to do.

I went ahead an cancelled the card I had used for a deposit as well, because I had read them the long number, 3 digits on the back and expiry date over the phone to pay the deposit (as you do for phone payments).

My husband was nearly conned into paying for their services over the phone, asking for his card details in order to process payment (red flag). Upon investigation I noticed that their website is extremely basic, they don't exist when searching for them in Australia, at the business address listed. They have no social media pages and have surface level reviews all left by people in the last 2-3 months ONLY — when was this company established? The agents are extremely forward on the phone and speak so fast that you have no time to think before making payment. Payment is one of the first things they ask for and they then proceed to tell you that they will only give you the general outline of their process once payment has been received.

Upon request of their MARA reg number, I found that they are using a number registered to another individual who works for a migration company in Punjab, India. I also searched their company name on the official government website and nothing comes up.

Be aware of scams, friends. Immigration costs an absolute fortune, don't set yourself back by falling for scammers who feed off your vulnerability and desperation.

They call you early morning. State they need payment. The guy is from USA. Place doesn't even exist in Australia! Just Google it! No place that exists there by this name. Fake scammer just rush you to pay! Big red sign it's fake. Just go straight to the Australian embassy for foreign affairs or government and inquire. Don't fall for these scammer that have no life but to take hard earned money from people.

After giving them £800 for not really explaining what it was for.
Then they kept sending me the same email over and over again. Like I haven't paid them, then I spoke to one of their scammers. And they asked for another £1000. Stay away it's a complete scam. And when I get over to Australia through a real immigration team. I'll be going getting my money back from Canberra, if that's where they are based, probably not.

I liked their prompt responses to all inquiries and the outstanding customer service they have been offering. I appreciate their assistance throughout; they are incredibly competent, polite, and knowledgeable about the procedure. They notified me of every step and assisted me in receiving my Entrepreneur visa.

IC Australia customer service is very simple and not complicated. Professional people in this field are ready to answer any question or inquiry about how to migrate to Australia. I applied for a visa and I am happy that I will achieve what I want soon.

They pressured 7k usd out of my girlfriend and they did not submit any application for a visa to the Dept of home affairs in Australia.
You cannot contact them, they will only contact you to tell you lies about the application.
They are a scam company. Please use a MARA agent off the gov website.
These are terrible people and the positive reviews on here are completely fake!
