I spent $2,500 on my visa application, sent countless documents over 10 times (same documents), was going to cancel my visa but was then told I'm not eligible for my refund and now I'm stuck with them! Sent over 20 emails, 12 phone calls, not 1 has been responded too! Also asked for a statement of services and obviously got nothing back from them so what the hell am I suppost to do now!
They will take your money but soon as you want your money back, just email you rubbish you can't understand! So basically taken my money and done nothing since!
Liars and absolutely useless! No communication, support, absolute nothing!
I'm actually raging over this! Total waste of time! Not even an apology!

I just avoid being scammed after your enquiry by email they ring you they start pressuring you to pay fees straight away. First red flag after i did not have the money in my account at the time and said it would take me an hour to get no problem he said and would ring me back in hour I tried to ring back the number after 20 minutes as I had gotten the money early but the number was disconnected Big Red flag.A different person rings me after the hour on a different number with his first question being about the money told him were to go after that he tried his best to convince me it was legit even offering a fake licence to be sent LoL

The office in Canberra doesn't exist, before paying $1000 for skill assessment - promised me Permanent residency and said I don't have to do EnglishIELTS test
After payment they didn't not say which visa I was going to be applied for, said they'll do while submitting the visa after I pay another $5000 AUD!
They made promises before getting money but after they seemed further away from thier initial promises! Why is this if this is t a scam,
Someone can try finding thier office in Portugal
I didn't see one single office in Australia- forget the office adress In Canberra- I was refused appointment and no calls goes to Canberra but I don't know where.
I was scammed from Western Australia and refused refund! I said I'll pay in Canberra as I have a sister there - they refused! I dont see why there should be a problem if they have a office in Canberra. But there wasn't any single office in Australia

Go to a real Mara agent, plenty about! These claim to have Mara agents but they don't! Scammed me for a lot of money and won't refund me! Awful experience, surprised they can still trade

It is a liars company, their salesman promised you everything without showing the contract, which can only be checked after you have paid the 1490 dollars. The team was unprofessional. They just made a couple of phone calls and a wrong evaluation of my case. I wanted a 50% refund only, and they rejected it.

I'm writing this review so that I can hopefully stop other people getting scammed by this company.they are very convincing that they will get you your australia visa but they only want your money.they will send you a check list and a p100 form to fillout so you think yeah I'm half way there to my dream coming true to be with my family in perth. Them taking more money out of your account then what was said on the phone and asking for more money. Your dreams shattered the penny drops...SCAMMERS...this company even tried to take money out of my dad's account without permission...I just hope that my bank can get me all of my money back and that the scam authorities in australia get them shut down... Ok, so this guy calls me and he pressures me to pay him, and I want to go through the process so I pay him.
Some time passes, and they do an evaluation and all of a sudden tell me that they want 3000 AUD for lawyer feed. This hadn't been disclosed to me before hand... I tell them, I disagree then they send me a document asking me to sign that I agree not to sue them... so yea... I don't think you should trust a company like this mate.

Terrible company, rude and scammers throughout!
They will take your money so quickly but will do nothing to resolve any problem you have. They will use so much legal jargon to try to tie you in knots.

They look and sound professionals, you´ll receive a positive evaluation (after paying 1000$), they ask for a checklist of documents and suddenly disappear after payment. Your agent is too busy to call you back, emails are delayed and delayed, with no updates. It was too good to be true. Don´t be a fool, use a MARA registered agent, as advised by the authorities.
