This company completely misled me about the true cost of their services and in so doing I lost over £2,000. On 6th March, one of their employees, *, assured me multiple times (over the phone) that the total cost of my application would be £1,718 GBP. I asked repeatedly if there would be any additional charges, and each time I was told "no." This was also confirmed (over the phone) by another employee in their legal department called Michael. Based on Mr *'s representation, I proceeded. The total cost I had paid between February and August 2025 was £2,318, which included the £600 registration fee. Then in September 2025, I was suddenly hit with a demand for an additional £3,000 at the finalisation stage. This was never disclosed upfront and only told to me over the phone, which they then requested for me to pay immediately if I "wanted to continue with the visa application process". 😳 If they had been honest about the total cost from the start, I would never have entered into a contract with them. Luckily, I had the original call recorded. When I complained, they offered me a 10% refund (£230) but only on the condition that I sign a document stating I had not had a negative experience with them. In other words, they were trying to buy my silence. This explains why some of their reviews look so positive on Trustpilot – anyone who has a bad experience is pressured into staying quiet in exchange for a pitiful refund. I refused to sign because I believe people deserve to know the truth. Even worse, when I asked them to delete my personal data, they refused unless I signed the same gagging statement. That is coercive and unethical.
Under the General Data Protection Regulations you do not need to sign a contract with a company to have your personal info deleted by them. The service you receive might seem fine at first and the staff might seem helpful but it is always with a view to getting money out of you, over the phone as quickly as possible before you have time to think about it, to cover up the scam they are pulling. When I dug deeper I saw they are registered to a company in Portugal, which I believe offers similar sites in 4 different countries, so what they have to do with Australia is beyond me. They got my business under false pretences, and I now know having read more reviews on this site and Trustpilot that I am not the only one they have scammed. If you value your hard earned money and your data, do not trust this company. Check their reviews on Facebook and elsewhere before you risk being scammed like I was. Any response you see from them (particularly on Trustpilot) is not sincere, just damage limitation on their part. If they were truly sincere they would have paid me and others like me the money they have scammed from us. Do your research, and avoid IC Australia at all costs.

Do not fall for this fraud they are classic scammers and use evasive conversion for making payments for services that don't reflect on the document after payments and if asked for refund the next moment you make payment they only offer 10% with no services provided. Don't fall for it, they ask payment for government charges and when you receive the document it will be mentioned no government charges involved.

This is a follow-up to the May 5,2025 post. The company previously offered a $1,000 refund due to my experience. Then they reneged on that offer making an excuse that a made up third party reviewed the issue and ruled in the company favor. Those involved in this company will soon face judgement.

On February 4,2025 I started working with an this immigration company. Started off seemingly ok as they sent me a list of items needed to assist in obtaining an immigration visa. About a week later they sent me an evaluation that stated on the evaluation I was eligible/approved for a few different types of visas and requested more information to continue with the process. Another week passed which brings us to February 20,2024 and I sent an email asking in what capacity this company works with OMARA. The responses from the company did not address my question and just asked for more of my personal information. So I sent 3 more emails specifically asking about their capacity with OMARA and any other government agencies that oversee the immigration process. All responses from IC Australia completely avoided the question and then they completely stopped responding to me. I also found out later that the evaluation report I was provided by IC Australia was not accurate or may have just been a fraudulent report. This was confirmed after speaking with a legitimate migrant agent that advised of the age restrictions attached to several of this subclass visas which were the one noted on the evaluation report as being eligible or approved. On February 23,2025 I sent an official cancellation email to IC Australia with the reasons of this company appears to not be the company they promote themselves to be. Since this was my first time I feel this company took advantage of me and left me with a horrible experience as I feel I was tricked out of thousands of dollars. I was initially charged $790 and $3,200 for the service. Once communication stopped I got really worried that I had just been taken by a fraudulent immigration company. I did some additional research online and saw there have been several warnings for this company that they completely stop responding to clients and cease any kind of immigration service which is what happened to me. I contacted my bank to dispute the 2 charges of $790 and $3,200 since the company IC Australia avoided any direct questions and then stopped communicating with me. On February 23,2025 I sent a final email to IC Australia requesting to cancel the service, issue a refund and also advised I have disputed the charges with my bank. I didn't get any kind of response from them until a week later when they offered to speak with me and then offer me a very lowball settlement due to the service or lack thereof.
They are a scam. Do not use them. They put through your application then say you must pay at least $200 otherwise you will go on a 6-12 month cooling period and won't be able to apply again until after that time and might not get accepted again. And won't give you a refund. Very pushy, scammy sales people - dirty company.

Quit unfortunate that I found late that this company isn't what they say they are. Aftet making payment, I was told that I will be contacted within 14 working days, now it's over 14 working days and non of the phone number are available, atimes it goes to answering matching. After cancelled my application still they didn't refund.Instead of 2400£ they told me to refund 150£,still nothing refunded.Big Liars.
Even after I withdraw my application just after 3 months of processing they didn't refund the money.Its huge money.Too much expensive this agency and keep asking a lot money.

I can advise I will desist in this action upon Claire Farren receiving reimbursement of the £1500 paid 30/1/24. This payment, as you were advised in the call on 18/2/25 was advised to Claire specifically as a "visa payment" by 'Ronnie Baker' 30/1/24.
As reported to you on 30/1/25, and as per the summary provided in DECEMBER 2023, ICAUSTRALIA were fully aware that Claire was advised she was eligible only for a sponsorship visa, which you should be aware is legally required to be paid by the sponsoring employer. Therefore, you are unable to refuse reimbursement based on "fees", which I would imagine any professional or industry would agree AU$19,672 is beyond ridiculous, particularly when there is no proof of "time" spent on emails, which were mainly sent to obtain response from ICAUSTRALIA.
I am also providing advance notice of my intention to provide your latest email, this email, along with all communications, inclusive of recorded calls, to Australian Immigration Border Watch, WorldMigration Portugal, UKVI, MARA.

Classic pressure and scare tactic.They'll tell you that If you get off the phone without payment, you " lose the file and qualifications to apply ".
Very convincing, tell you personal details about themselves even, to establish rapport.
Unfortunately for them, their scare tactics raised a huge red flag, which led me to research them on the internet. Guy I spoke to, claimed to have immigrated from the UK, yet had an unmistakable American accent. They claim that the negative reviews are disgruntled clients who had poor qualifications for immigration, yet minutes before had claimed to vet their clients to fast-track immigration based on them being selected on the basis of meeting the highest criteria for immigration. Contradictions aplenty!
Don't fall for it! If you are going to pay for legal counsel, use a verified Australian attorney. Just as expensive, but at least they are legit!

Full of promises, that they never deliver
First things first I put a review up back last week after 27 minutes * called me personally to tell me that he was willing to pay back £500 out of the £3400 they owed me because the rest of the money was spent on the admin fees. I don't think this company have ever give a Visa to anybody they talk a good game but never deliver. I was told my Visa would take six months. I started the process back in August 2023 and never received My Visa I decided to confront them about this issue as every time they said I had done enough evidence for my case. They asked me for more evidence which was the same evidence they had already received from me all they do is make you send information they already have so they don't have to give you your Visa. I made the £500 refund deal back months ago and yet no money has been returned. I won't be taking this review down this time. This is my original review that they asked me to take down. Scam Don't use them the reviews on here are fake. I was scammed for £3400 and when I cancelled, they told me I would receive £500 back and I never received anything. The address is real but their company is not in that complex trust me. I have done my research plus they are not Australian they are American if you want to give your money away and receive nothing and go with this fake company.

SCAM - This company operate a high pressure sales tactics and prey on the emotion attached to families and individuals looking to start a new adventure in Australia, they have awful reviews on multiple platforms where people have lost THOUSANDS of pounds to this company, specifically check Reddit forums.
They asked me to place a deposit after I had explained I wanted to take some time to consider proceeding and discuss with my wife. I specifically asked if the payment could. Be refunded to which their rep confirmed it would be. Within 24 hours I contacted them to cancel and refund to which they refused.
Over the last 8 weeks they have called me repeatedly stating that they cannot cancel without me signing a document. The document if signed prevents you from leaving negative reviews about the company. Another scare tactic and completely immoral.
If you need a red flag to put you off using this company let it be that when I spoke to them most recently they offered to refund 50% of my money if I signed the document and didnt leave a negative review.
I feel ashamed I was able to be bamboozled into paying a refundable deposit however I hope one of the many reviews I will be leaving help others make better decisions.

Don't use this company to get a work/holiday visa. The fine print says they charge $500 per hour and are NOT authorized to issue Australian visas. You can get the visa all on your own for FREE by going to the government website:. immi.homeaffairs.gov.au After losing $1,950 to this worthless company, it took me 30 minutes to apply for my visa on my own...for free.

If you want to immigrate to Australia, I highly recommend to stay away from this place. At the beginning they will tell you all the things you want to hear. That you are legit and it would be easy to get the process. But the only thing they want is your money.
I paid around $5500 USD and took me nowhere. They only collect all your info and at the end they want another $6800USD for the final visa. They are just a bunch of scammers, in fact I report them to the online fraud police department of the country i live and they are already black listed or reported as fraudulent in google search.
Oh i forgot, if you want a reimburse, they will only do maybe $500 USD out of $6000 and in a year term. Save yourself a headache and never ever contact these thieves. If you want a visa, do it through the governments site or a local law firm, not this criminals.
