I submitted my receipt to Ibotta and it was multiple pictures because it was a long receipt and parts of my pictures didn't go through and I was unaware until sometime later in the month. I reached out to Ibotta customer service and they helped me very swiftly to fix my issue and credit my account.

I have been using Ibotta for several years, my wife got me started on it. She is a big fan. I have never had an issue and therefore have never needed support. I did have a problem this week where eight dollars that I was due was not properly credited. I was just going to let it go, because thats how ai roll, but decided to send an email and see what happens. I got a reply very quickly from 'Jill' informing me she reviewed my receipt and agreed. The money was credited almost immediately. Very impressed and happy with results.

Things happen & sometimes the offers don't scan correctly on the receipts. The customer service peeps will get it taken care of in a flash & make sure you are satisfied. The best customer service around!

Ibotta is an excellent company to communicate with. I've contacted them several times with different matters, they are ALWAYS very helpful. Both times I've contacted them, they have corrected MY error and deposited money into my app. Very easy to communicate with and always very friendly!

I love that Ibotta provides the opportunity for my family to earn rewards/rebates on everyday purchases, as we have for years. When my recent Walmart grocery delivery didn't reflect the correct earnings, I contacted customer suport. They immediately replied and looked into the issue. The problem was resolved in no time. It was a pleasant experience, through and through.

I I initially wrote in because I had difficulty uploading a receipt of mine from this weekend. I was informed only a printed receipt is accepted, not an electronic copy. I said I understand the support rep doesn't make the rules but it's unfortunate because I found an $8 rebate on a formula. It was my first time buying formula for my son and I found a really good one but of course with all nice things it came with a hefty price tag of $42! Josh was kind enough to honor my e-receipt I pulled online from my in store visit at Target and applied the funds to my account! An experience like this does not go unrecognized so I happily decided to leave a review about how happy I am and what a wonderful experience I had!

The last two receipts I have turned in, many or most of the offers I have redeemed have not counted. When I fight with Ibotta I then don't get the bonuses. This receipt I didn't get $10 in bonuses and about 5 or six offers. The last one I missed out on a $5 bonus. When I talk to the support about it they claim they cannot retroactively award bonuses.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
