On 2-13-26 I purchased 2 cans of rotel{. 25} and 1 box of velveeta {. 75} I received the $1.00 but it was supposed to be a bonus buy for $2.00
Well I had inadvertently sent a link for a product to the Ibotta help desk. I'm sure confusion was probably the first thing that was going through the mind on the other end, however they were kind enough to replay that they needed more information instead of ignoring my obvious mistake. I let them know I was embarrassed to have accidentally sent that in error.

I would like to commend the support staff who has always available and helpful with questions or any problems I may have with purchases or with using the app. They are attentive and quick with a resolution. I noticed I was missing a credit from previous purchase at that time I submitted the receipt for two items, but I only got credit for one. I looked for the receipt and uploaded again and Junrey was able to help me and give me credit for the second item. Great, customer service.

I realized that some credits had not been applied to my account from a purchase made long ago. Lord S. Initially assisted me with a partial credit to accommodate my request. Then after providing additional documentation Kariza R. Was able to fully honor the original offer. In addition, Kariza R. Went above and beyond in explaining to me where I need to go when making purchases via the web browser that I had missed initially. Thank you both for taking the time to assist me.

I've been a user of Ibotta for several years. Ibotta is still my favorite shopping app. Love using my earnings for gift cards. The variety of products to purchase is incredible. All others apps are a waste of time because there are too many restrictions and hoops to jump through to save a penny.

I was unaware of the in store only target rebate policy and bought a large amount of things for in store pick up. I contacted ibotta to see if they could explain and help. In less very quick responses they helped explain and solve my issues getting my rebates settled. Team is always friendly and helpful.

I was devastated when my account was deactivated due to an error code and I've been on this app for 10 years. I contacted the help support which I had to filed a ticket (not talk to a rep) which stated it would be a 48hr turn around (I cried). However, it was less than 24 hours which was really fast and the two representatives (Sloane help restore my account & Freedom for fixing the ad blocking software- awesome representatives by the way) they help fixed my problem to restore my account and earnings with no problem. I really appreciate the promptness of the help center. I do have a suggestion possibly in the near future could there be an customer call center to have immediate support for others who prefer to talk? Other than that I'm truly happy, thanks again! 😊

I just made a purchase for some rebates from Publix and I noticed today that I didn't receive credits for my 3 rebates purchases of the baby cetaphil lotion and the body wash and shampoo. The rebate should've been $6.75 for 3 purchases@ $2.25 each
Each time I've had to contact customer service, they respond within 24 hours and you can actually reply to their response without having to make another ticket request.

There was an item which I should have been credited for since I did get the right item. For some strange reason, the Ibotta app did not recognize this particular variety of the product. I contacted Josh from Ibotta customer service who within minutes credited my account. He worked efficiently and quickly.
Ibotta is a tremendous cost saving app if you shop in grocery stores.

The Apps been great, I got some awesome deals during the Thanksgiving holidays by using the App and inviting friends to join. I recently went in to cash out on my saving onto a card and it wouldn't do it. I reached out to the Help Desk and after they researched it, they found my account had somehow been locked. Thank you guys for quickly finding the issue and getting it resolved.

I have been using Ibotta since they started. I am not an obsessive coupon clipper anymore but use it when I can. Their communication and service and improved so much over the years. They are in a good place right now. Fingers crossed.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
