Missed rebate

I've never had a bad experience claiming my missed rebate in Ibotta. Error happens but Ibotta's support team are always there to help. I sent a request for review and they got back to me in less than 72 hours. My #1 rebate app that i can recommend is Ibotta.

Amazing customer support!

Love the app! In this economy & with multiple kids in college, we are always looking for ways to save a little. Ibotta is the easiest, most effective coupon app out there(IMO). Not only the app in general works well, but the rare occasion you may need some extra support from their care team. A1 service. Super prompt! 10/10!

Outstanding Customer Service

I reached out with an issue. I had received an email stating I had missed a couple of refunds. But the current receipt hadn't shown up. They went in and took a look. They told me what I was missing and added it my account!

Ibotta care team really does care!

My account was deactivated since I forgot my password and made a new account with my same phone number I was soo upset but once I reached out they were able to fix all my problems reset my password and even activate my account again I am soo ecstatic 🤩 they went above and beyond thank you guys soo much yous are the absolute best!

Best Paid 2 Shop App For Airbnb Hosts

I love Ibotta! I have 5 Airbnbs which get expensive to keep stocked! Ibotta makes it possible for me to afford stocking the best of the Bougie products at reasonable cost with their cash back offers! The BEST money saving App

Offers not scanning

I'm quite unhappy with Ibotta right now. I have been having multiple issues with offers not scanning. They are absolutely the correct item even down to matching the photo in the offer. I have scanned offers in the store that have matched and gotten home and it's not scanning on the receipt. I have tried submitting disputes through the app and they never go through. I really don't have time to deal with all this hassle anymore. Also, it seems like I am finding less and less offers in the stores that I shop in.
