I've never had a bad experience claiming my missed rebate in Ibotta. Error happens but Ibotta's support team are always there to help. I sent a request for review and they got back to me in less than 72 hours. My #1 rebate app that i can recommend is Ibotta.

Love the app! In this economy & with multiple kids in college, we are always looking for ways to save a little. Ibotta is the easiest, most effective coupon app out there(IMO). Not only the app in general works well, but the rare occasion you may need some extra support from their care team. A1 service. Super prompt! 10/10!

I reached out with an issue. I had received an email stating I had missed a couple of refunds. But the current receipt hadn't shown up. They went in and took a look. They told me what I was missing and added it my account!

My account was deactivated since I forgot my password and made a new account with my same phone number I was soo upset but once I reached out they were able to fix all my problems reset my password and even activate my account again I am soo ecstatic 🤩 they went above and beyond thank you guys soo much yous are the absolute best!

I love Ibotta! I have 5 Airbnbs which get expensive to keep stocked! Ibotta makes it possible for me to afford stocking the best of the Bougie products at reasonable cost with their cash back offers! I have had some bumps in the road with the app, HOWEVER, Ibotta support is so quick to Help & work out any issues! 🙌 Hands Down Ibotta Is The Best!

Our family has used and immensely enjoyed the Ibotta application for over 15 years. The customer service is above and beyond. The responses from the Ibotta team are always timely and helpful. We as customers are always treated like a priority instead of an inconvenience. We will continue to use this app and encourage our family, well into the future, to utilize and enjoy it as well.

An item wasn't showing up in my list, so the representative was able to make sure I got the credit, anyway. She also offered ways for me work with the app to help it function correctly. She was quick, kind and helpful!

Joel from Ibotta has been awesome. I have been a ibotta member for 4 months and saved over $750 so far. The reps are always accommodating and awesome. Hands down BEST cash back app out there.

I picked up the exact item and it didnt give me the cash back and when I contacted the customer service and was awarded my cash back in about 24 hours

I thought I was short a dollar but it was my fault because of fine print but they responded quickly and gave me a one time courtesy credit. More than fair!

My receipt didn't scan and it didn't have the numbers to enter it manually. I contacted Ibotta care and Jay immediately answered back with instructions of how to proceed. Once I sent him what was needed I had the cash in my account within minutes. Thank you Jay!
