I am very grateful for the opportunity that Ibotta gives me to earn cash back, but I don't care for the AI-type responses that really do no read/understand the question or realize the extent of what I have tried already. I love Ibotta. Their site is very easy to use. You can go back-and-forth between your checked off Ibotta items and the store you're shopping in. There are a lot of unconventional items in any particular store that you can choose from.
Whenever I have issues with the App. The customer service department is very good at explaining the issue and getting it resolved. I highly recommend this App with this kind of support it makes it even better.
I used to have a lot of trouble getting issues resolved quickly, and it took so much of my time. I have given feedback to Ibotta, and I definitely seen improvement. I was extremely pleased with the last issue I had and how quickly it was resolved! I really hope I'll be able to update this review to five star later.

I've seen the TV ad's and finally decided to try it. It was pretty easy to figure out how it works and very user friendly (especially for someone who is bad with technology). I like the many stores to choose from as well.
My gift card from earnings on Ibotta would not work so I contacted customer service.

I had to contact customer service for missing credit. They explained to me why it was missing (it was my error) After submitting a few other things, although they didn't need to (because like I said, my fault) they did issue my the money my offer was valid for. They instructed me on how to submit for online pick up orders so I can get proper credit in the future.
I was having a hard time submitting an online Walmart Order and really wanted to get credit for a $4 Dreft and $3 Hellman product. I have exhausted their Help Center to no avail. And I emailed their *******@ibotta.com and they were able to fix it for me super FAST. Ralph I. Was super helpful! Thank you.
I was missing a cash back and upon looking at my receipt realized the UPC codes were very faint so I figured that was the reason it was missed. Without knowing I wasn't suppose to, I wrote over the UPC code and resubmitted so they rejected my submission. I contacted Customer Service and explained the situation and they were able to verify and give me the credit I applied for. Very much appreciate it!
Could not access my account because I no longer had access to the email account originally used to set up the account. It took some effort but Ibotta customer service was able to make the change so that I could login and use Ibotta again.
I've been using Ibotta for a few years now and overall it's been really good. I do think they could have more options as lifestyle changes. I've changed my diet as I've gotten older and there are not always a lot of items in the produce section or frozen fruit and vegetables that can be redeemed. Ibotta sent out an email/article not too long ago about inflation and how it affects shopping but they have not changed the redemption amount on some of the more expensive items. I wish that would improve.
Ibotta is a great incentive to try new items, but also earns you cash back on your regular use items. They have a large selection of places that you can get cash back. I consistently use it, and have received over $1300. I let it build up, and then transfer $75 to my checking account. It's like getting a free gift every so often. I recommend it to everyone I know.
