I am very pleased with everything about Ibotta.
The cash back is almost instant and the offers are at places where I shop already and for things I already purchase.

I did submit a request for 3 items that didn't get attached on the ibotta app. But the I bought AI. T team corrected it and accepted my receipts and they took care of it and they deposited my cash. I'm very happy. I've been trying to get to this point for a long time. So I'm very happy 4 stars. Thank you. I bought it for correcting and addressing my issues with my receipts and. For my products for that purchase, keep up to go to work. Thank you, 4 stars.

New update problem-If I'm searching for things to add to my list and I get a text or a call, and come back to my offers, it resets back to the beginning instead of where I left off. This is highly inconvenient.

I scanned everything in the store, everything applied now it's disappeared so i don't understand how to do a ticket without it going further? Ibotta owes me $3, help! It won't let me fix because it's not there anymore?

I have been using Ibotta for a few years. The site is super easy to access, and the deals are great!

GM everyone, I have a question, I thought that if I buy 5 offers products the same brand qualify like 5 offer, no just as one:(
I'm missing a bonus because is just one offer.

My Walgreens receipts are go to my email. There seems to be no way to upload a receipt from email. I couldn't find an answer from FAQ in the help section.

It seems that ogx was on Walgreens's list, then it wasn't. I guess I could be wrong since I was looking at different stuff trying to just find SOMETHING they had I used from the bonus thing.

I tried Walgreens and Publix today and both stores seemed to be lacking in the products that I could buy. The ones that were very specific in number or other flavor. They had didn't carry that specific thing. It just wasn't available.

These things along with some of my stuff just flat out not showing up make this app very frustrating and annoying, maybe not worth using in the long run.

I'm comparing all of these apps seeing which are worth the effort or if they are all a pain in the $#*!.

I love getting cash back! I really like the experience.

The times I've needed to contact support are quite a few in my opinion. Most reps are great and ready what I send in careful and fix my issues. Unfortunately the app is the reason I need to contact support so often. It will recognize offers when I submit my receipt my doesn't credit me on all offers. And when I contact support they can't see I activated the offer that I didn't receive credit for even though I did.

Long story short. Customer service reps are great. App definitely needs work.

After receiving an unhelpful automated reply about which I wrote a frustrated review, I received a response from an actual person who DID read my question and handled it. I am very grateful for the opportunity that Ibotta gives me to earn cash back, but I don't care for the AI-type responses that really do no read/understand the question or realize the extent of what I have tried already. A human customer service rep is much preferred. Pramod T. Had it handled quickly, effectively, and accurately. I appreciate the effort!
