Cash back bonuses

Callback bonuses are not good for those who can't afford the expensive name brands that are on the app. The generic shopping cash back has dropped over time. I used to love this app.
No vegetable, fruit, and meat that are everyday items most families use.
We are on a very strict budget as husband is disabled and now has cancer. So we hardly have money for groceries and gas for appointments as we have no doctors in our town and have to travel to travel out of town. Not even medical insurance. We choose between meds and what bill to pay and hope y the doctor will continue to set him. This app was a blessing.

Scan items checked 😠 if you've checked an item and pre scanned, why does it show up as no items found? Why do you have to rescan…. Whats the point of checking item in the first place?!

Used to good, not worth the effort

There is no justifiable reason why in store/delivery/pick up offers should be different, they are ALL being bought at the same retailer. I find this actually discriminatory to certain people who cannot get in the store, may have a medical problem or going through chemo, etc. It's the the dumbest thing I've seen in these apps other than forcing people to buy multiple products.

On friday I submitted a receipt it said wait 48 hours and it is now 40 hours with out my credit. What is the problem? If it does reject it doesn't tell why. It should not take 4 days and there should be explanation. So I am hating this

I like using Ibotta but very seldom Do I find products that are sold in the area that I live in. There are a lot of those products I have never even heard of let alone are carried in stores in my area. If the app had more products people actually use, it would be better.
There are also times when I submit a receipt and never get credit. I don't have time to constantly contact customer service and don't like communicating with a bot.

Great customer service

Hi
I'm a senior and sometimes it gets confusing for me, with the barcode what matches and doesn't with the product to get credit in my Ibotta account.
I apologize for my mistake. I was very surprised that you did credit my account with $1.00 since I was wrong that was totally unnecessary, but appreciate it very much. Most companies wouldn't do that and I was very impressed by that and surprised.
Next time when your barcode says it doesn't match……. It doesn't match!
Again, I apologize and thank you again for your service and support. I will continue being a loyal customer and tell my friends and family about this kind experience with Ibotta.

Buggy app and no help

Missing points, added items do not show up when it is time to submit receipt, slow to no response following proceed steps to correct, no actual person to talk with to address these issues. The time investment for all of this isn't worth the return.

So many issues with missing cash

I'm experiencing missing cash with most of my purchases now. I'm having to log each transaction to validate that I'm getting the correct credit. I have to email customer service several times before I get my monies. It's very frustrating. Contemplating deleting my account if this continues.
