I love the whole cash-back aspect, of course. What's even better is that twice, after I've shopped at a particular store, I got a message from ibotta saying that a purchase I made was eligible for cash back, and they even sent detailed instructions on how to claim the cash - and I didn't even know I had earned it! Bravo!

My income I have to rebate, I send for coupons to be mailed to me, shop weekly for the bargains and load up. I rely on store to do my shopping so I do not always get paper receipts, which I believe the stores should make that an option, not tell you that you can't have paper receipt for pick up or delivery. I just got half price Tyson chicken through Ibotta. I did the math and the cost after rebate is cheaper than buying the Walmart store brand chicken. Yes! There was a little hick up in getting the funds, but customer service is always so helpful to get it straightened out. This business exists to help us afford our groceries.

Throws out gerbs kroger store. Missing offers and credit towards bonus. I am going to have yo quit shopping there as it takes to much time and always Missing offers with few resolutions.
I have been using Ibotta for 5 years now. The app is user friendly, deals don't require an unreasonable amount of purchases I don't need and cash withdrawals are super easy. It's also fun to learn about new products that I won't usually notice when I run in and out of stores with a shopping list.
