Ibotta is a scam and a lier, They say they will give you your cash back but they don't then they have so many reasons why you don't qualify for the cash, they don't respond back and if they do it's the same email that is not the issue or problem, I saw a fee people on Social Media saying the same thing.
Did not get bonus. Should have gotten as usual cheated. My kohls purchases should have counted. Cheated as usual. Will not waste no more time explaining. U can check it out or not. Probably not.

Was happy to receive notice I had purchases that I could claim that had not been chosen. Sometimes you just miss them.
I wish I could just scan the receipt and the app find the products and give me credit. I hate how long of a process it is to use the app.

I never got the cash back for the angel soft deal and I'm still waiting for cash back on 4 items that were delivered today.

The Ibotta Care Team has reviewed three of my submissions that weren't caught through the app. Contacting the Ibotta Care Team has been easy through the app. My receipts have been reviewed within 24-36 hours. I'm giving them 5 stars! I'll continue to use ibotta because of them.
I scan my receipt then the next day I'm informed something is missing and I've already thrown my receipt awSy
I purchased a bottle of Malfy Gin 750ml from Total Wine ("any liquor store" that should have given me $3 back. I had checked the item in my app before I went shopping. The brand, size and "flavor" was all within the fine print. Upon submitting my receipt, it was declined because upc code was not in Ibotta file. Yet there was no way for me to submit it. Error came back it didn't qualify. I would like to know WHY it didn't qualify since every bit of the description was spot on to what I bought.
Overtime I have a problem with this app or any concerns. Ibotta responds in a timely manner and do what they need to do to help and fix the problem. Thanks

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
