As I stated in several emails to you, I checked the barcode for the Sumo citrus oranges. I purchased the required 2 oranges. The barcode indicated that they qualify. This has happened several times when I purchased sumo oranges. But I usually let it go. This time I'm not! I want you to look into this error. I don't know if others have also let you know about this.
To summarize, I needed to purchase 15 items to receive a five dollar rebate. I did purchase all 15. But you did not recognize the sumo oranges. Nor did you add a five items that I purchased at Big Y yesterday.
Overall IBOTTA rates as a 4. I enjoy using it. The rebates are helpful and some are very, very good. Sometimes it does require patience because there are some glitches in their system. You must do your part when you start to have issues and be diligent and it will work out. Example: Clicking on a reward in the store and when you get to your car the reward disappears. Best to take a photo while you are in the store portion of the app where the rebates is and screen shot it. That is helpful to IBOTTA when attempting to give you the reward. This save you and IBOTTA time. Hope this helps.

I have tried very many cashback apps but I must say this one is the one I use most every trip to grocery store! The app is perfect, never a bug or technical issue, customer care is amazing. Couldnt ask for a better service

I've had a lot of times where I've submitted receipts for offers that I have clipped and I get a notification telling me I'm receiving cash back and I don't I don't get cash back for a lot of the Dollar general receipts that I received and I don't get cash back for a lot of the e receipts that I send in
There appears to be no way to add loyalty cards, other than what I bought a shows on their app. You cannot manually add loyalty card, customer numbers. Specifically BJ's. There are other stores I'm sure. I wish I bought. I would figure out how to add loyalty card numbers manually.

I am very upset when I make a purchase to see that Ibotta is offering cashback for an item that the store in question does not carry. I'm talking about item package sizes. I'm talking specifically about Oikos Protein shakes. BJ's only sells the 15 count packages, but the cashback is for the 12 count package only. I see cashback is not offered for that product at the moment now. There were several other products that this has happened on. I would think that if Ibotta is offering cashback on an item they should make sure that the store that they are offering it carries it. But that does not seem to be the case. It is time consuming to go through the cashback offers and frustrating when you find one, and then after you purchased that item you didn't realize the cashback didn't apply to that particular item. This happened to me so many times it is frustrating. I hope whomever is responsible for the website does their due diligence in checking to see if the store carries the item for which they are offering cashback.

I bought an item that scanned appropriately in the store, but did not show up on my receipt. I submitted a correction, and it was rejected. I submitted pictures of items a receipt, and it was rejected again. Finally, I had to submit a picture of a different item that the worker had thought I had purchased, but it was a different color and clearly not my item. So frustrating to spend so much time w just to get an item approved that has scanned acceptable the whole time.
I bought 2 Kelloggs cereals. The cash back was for 2 family size of the type I bought. Mine were regular size *my only choice at store). Then the other offer were for 6-7 Kellogg cereals but only certain ones. Terribly picky! 😞
I didn't receive my payment so I emailed them and they really helped me it took time but be patient they will help you as they did for me thank you very much...

Your app is not as efficient as it used to be. It's not convenient to have a product limit or time limit on the number of items I can select at a time. It's time consuming to go back to add products. Most of my shopping is done at Target and I greatly miss the online compatibility of online shopping with Target and being able to redeem Ibotta offers.

When my money wasn't credited you my account I reached out to ibotta. With us going back and forth I provided my receipts and it was no problem with them updating my account. They have always did right by me.

I have been using this app for years now, it's great to save money especially nowadays when grocery stores are gouging us with their prices. Customer service has been great when and if I have any issues regarding cash back offers. Hopefully this app will help others with their offers.

I had an item that was mislabeled due to an inaccurate barcode. I thought I was going to miss an opportunity for a weekly bonus. I contacted Ibotta and within 48 hours I got my credit along with my weekly bonus. Thank you Ibotta!

The app picks up nothing anymore- giving only credit for 1 item or nothing at all! I had to adjust my receipt because it picked up nothing and then I only received credit for 1 item! Now I have to adjust it again?! Starting to think it's time for a break from Ibotta.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
