Made my first purchase, which was a larger purchase (1150. 00). Instead of doing the 5% app or 2% gift card amount, they tried to give me. 5%. It was a big waste of time going back and forth with them. You have to dig to find the place to contact them to write a trouble ticket. Then, they said they are going to keep taking monthly fees until the money in the account has run out because there's no way to close the account. These people are scam artists. Turn and run.

I am happy to use Ibotta. You can open the app in the store and check the barcode with the items you can also add them before you get to the store and make a list open the list in the store. When you get back you can upload your receipt and you get the cash back from the items that you bought. Once you get to a certain amount you can easily cash out.

Another feature is they added restaurants convenience stores gas stations and online shopping as ways to earn cash back. Before it was groceries and that's where I usually get most of my cash back.
Recently I bought some makeup and all you have to do is open the Ibotta app pull the site up through their app make a purchase and it easily connects. They send you an email confirmation and you see on their site your most recent purchase. Everything is easy to use and understand.

One little thing I would love to tell others is they run deals where things end up being free. Check back daily or weekly, You may get to try numerous items for free.
