Pretty straightforward transaction and plenty of product to choose from.

Shopping experience was fine. Purchased a 16 SEER compressor and when I received the unit the energy label said 14 SEER. Wiring was crossed on the ac unit and had to be fixed. Motherboard on the furnace was blown and had to be replaced upon installation. I saved money up front, but the equipment caused a lot of hassle.

Everything arrived as it should, very happy.

Gaspack is great the delivery people messed up, when they arrived the driver claimed it was at the back if his truck and he would bring it later. We called that night and were told it was still on their dock. Another driver delivered it the next day.

So far so good. Let's see how it all works...
