I have 4 young children and my heater just gave out in 20 degree weather. I contacted chat for confirmation on delivery and spoke to Kevin. He was quick to respond, understanding and even able to help me get it ASAP with providing me with store locations in the case picking it up would meet my needs better. With an employee living nearby, he also went even further out of his way by seeing if reaching out to that employee could help in meeting the needs of receiving my heater. I have to say this is the best online ordering service I have ever experienced!
