Everything was delivered on time. Driver used our forklift and I paid for the lift gate which he must not have had because he asked me if we had a forklift. Pallet was in excellent condition, everything on it. Shrink wrap around the pallet was fine. The Furnace box was in good condition as well. However, the unit has a dent in the back of it. That must have happened after it was built but before it was boxed to ship. It won't hurt the operation of it. Just disappointed at the quality control where it was manufactured. This will not affect me referring friends to your site. That was excellent. It was very easy to make our purchase and get our financing set up. Your staff was very helpful to me. My husband drives over the road. So I am left with doing these things while he on the road. This is where you staff is excellent in answering questions and concerns. HIGH PRAISES to all of you. Thank you.
The web site is easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for quickly. The units were delivered within a few days and everything looked good as far as no external damage. I am waiting on an HVAC professional to hook up the AC and furnace this weekend and hope that there are not any issues.
