Grill arrived dented and bent. It did not fit correctly so I had to modify by trimming the drain notch and use my own hardware to attach it to the insert. The holes did not line up. The Representative ensured me the Amana would fit on the Perfect Air PTAC but this was not accurate. The service was again outstanding but the product did not match the unit.
