I was hoping this would be easy to review but now you're asking for more time I do t have so ill write this instead and ask this review process which I'd like to offer to be less arduous.
I've bought quite a few items from hurtle gear thus far and it's been an excellent experience every time. In fact shipping for some of the items have gotten to me from Aus to NZ, quicker than stuff I've bought locally.
Gear is top notch as advertised and again, fast shipping.

I've had a few people say the review system is pushy, but I've never been able to get specific feedback about why, because my understanding is that it sends one email asking for a review. As such may I politely suggest lowering this as we frequently order through your amazing team and while we're happy to provide a review we can say this in less than 100 words. Otherwise cannot fault the team or the service and range of items.

Hi Michael, thanks for the feedback. I've heard a few people say that the review system is difficult but every time I ask why, I don't get a response. Maybe you could help? It's my understanding that it sends one email to ask for a review. But I'm suspecting that's not quite right, given the feedback we're getting sometime.
