Almost 70 a month for live TV. I only want to watch one show. I'm not paying that for literally one TV show. You're ruining the app with this. Customer service? Don't even try. They'll give you the run around and not answer your question or leave you on hold until you get mad and hang up. This is becoming the worst TV streaming app available. If you wanna watch this at night when ur kids are in bed DONT! The commercials are so insanely loud it will wake the whole house. I have to be constantly on the mark to mute them. If they turned the volume down on the commercials I would at least listen to the commercials. I could understand a little louder but this is nuts. If you watch a show an doze off, don't worry the commercials will shock you awake! Seriously HULU turn down the volume on the commercials cause all your successfully doing is making sure I don't hear a word of them because I hit the mute button.
I just learned that Hulu has been billing me monthly for their service that I stopped using 2 years ago. Hulu customer service told me that they are not required to send me a monthly receipt for every month they have been billing me for the past 2 years. I adamantly requested them to close my account this morning (after i already did 2 years ago) but when i called paypal, paypal said that while Hulu closed my account they did NOT cancel their monthly billing process to me. Hulu was prepared to continue billing me illegally as they have for 2 years! BLATANT ILLEGAL FRAUD! BEWARE!

The commercials are ridiculously loud! I have to turn the tv to mute when the commercials come on, It is that bad!
Logged in and got a message about home location changes. Was told I only had 1 location change out of 4 left. The last time it was changed was in November 2021 and it's now August 2022 and I only have one left. When did this counter thing start? I have had Hulu for over a year and all of asunder there is a counter. I was on the phone with them for well over an hour and then got disconnected. I am definitely canceling.

If you love having to call Hulu every time T-Moble Home Internet changes your I. P. address, to reset your account, like watching commercials from other cities in different states other than your own, and are excited that while watching a show, you are suddenly switched to a different show, then by all means sign up up for Hulu! DVR recording unreliable. Tried to watch British open using DVR. Will not work. Set it to record and it failed miserably. Not the first time.
They didn't honor this discount online said it was a technical glitch hung up on me said they would honor it never did
Can't log in most of the time through Sony Bravia Smart TV. When I can and the program starts, at about 5 minutes in it recycles back to the beginning; over and over and over... and over again. Two tech calls didn't provide a solution. Was referred to my able company which, politely, labeled this BS. Works through cable company's TiVo box. All other streaming services work fine on Sony TV. Just Hulu doesn't. Like their programs but they get one-star for crappy streaming.

Made thousands of fans pay and watch their essence live festival whole stream just for them to sickly not stream the HEADLINERS performance ( Nicki Minaj) that EVERYONE was waiting for. 1 star you guys need to be sued. Seriously. Had 20 thousand people on a random persons ig live so that we could at least try and still watch the performance. *Mind you they were using Nicki Minaj name left and right promoting their live just for them to not stream it.*
I have Netflix, YouTube TV. AMC+. HBO Max. None of them have streaming issues. My download speed is 740 Mb/s. I tried everything Hulu recommended. None of them solved my problem. The problem is not on my end.
