Worst app/streaming site on the market. Awful in every way. Desperately waiting for another platform to pick up live games so I can drop this headache and never have to deal with this trash site again.

They don't help with anything being charged twice a month for over a year. Called to get it resolved first agent was rude and hung up on me. The second was little helpful but not much. I'm canceling everything from hulu. They want your money but won't help with the issues their company has with their customers. Not even worth 1 star wish I could put 0 stars

I checked exclusive list my shows are not on it, I still get stupid ads, SCAM! I NEVER get connection error with NOBODY else, except with HULU, cheap penny-pinchers!

The worst streaming network

Never get Hulu as a streaming network. They are hands down the worst. Nothing but problems and terrible customer service to top it all off. I'd rather stare at a wall then ever use them again. If i could give negative stars i would.

Programming does not impress

Cancelling. The UI for the app is terrible. Programming stinks. And rates go up 10/1/22. Enough said. Buh bye Hulu

If you are trying to test out Hulu + live tv free trial there is no such thing. Just Hulu is a free trial. If you add on Live tv or any additional add on you will have to pay for a minimum 1 month fee. Did the live tv and redzone add on for football season. Thought I'd have access to all games but just 2 am games and 2 late games. Redzone add on was spotty and kept kicking me out. Maybe hulu servers couldnt handle opening day. Anyway tried to cancel because you can get same thing on sling for 45/mo. Rep at hulu said i can't because its a bundle meaning only hulu is free trial. Once you add anything else on you will be billed full amount on billing cycle. So if you're trying to test out Hulu for NFL Redzone or NFL games you will have to do so for 1 month and pay full price. Just trying to help anyone else out who was under the impression you can test it free for 1 week. You cannot.

Red zone disaster

Got rid of Comcast a few years ago due to poor reliability and customer service. Switched to Hulu which was much better until this year. Now they are less reliable than Comcast was. They freeze, drop out, go out of focus on almost all streaming channels. I am going to drop them and go with Fobol which offers most of the same channels and hope for the best. Hulu let their success go to their heads and have become the Comcast of streaming. Red zone works perfectly on FUBOTV. On HULU it drops out, freezes and is unwatchable. See below.

Cherry... bottom line. I have not received a product that I have paid for. I gave HULU weeks to figure out the problem, since i am one of thousands of subscribers who are experiencing the same problem. You guys can refund the $ I spent on Red Zone today. If not i will switch over to Amazon. Cancel Hulu and give my $ to FuboTV... simple. And thank you.

I see. It seems that you contact us before and they told you that it is a known issue. I agree with you, if it still not fixed until now, I would also choose to cancel it instead. However, since you're billed through amazon, I am not able to refund your $, what I am capable to do here in your account is just to cancel it immediately and amazon will be refunding you regarding to this.

I will go to amazon and let them know that I am requesting a refund and I will also have them cancel the account ( by non renewal). Thank you and I hope HULU doesn't become another comcast... the worlds most hated company.

Live sports is a joke

Why ask me to pick my favorite sports teams if I can't even finish the game!? What an absolute joke! To charge as much as cable for live TV and I can't even enjoy it. Might as well cancel it.

Actually the worst

No search button on PC, no way to look for anything specific. For 6.99 that gets bumped up to 7.99 a month after, this is actually trash. I don't know who designed their interface but they should be fired immediately. It's a scam at this point. Just use YouTube, Amazon, or Netflix. All other streaming site are better than this.

Last year the subscription went up a dollar this year subscription goes up 2 dollars! Now this may not seem like a lot right now imagine in another 2-3 years it will go up a total of 6-9 dollars a month which is like 15-18 dollars a month if you have the basics ad plan which should be criminal! Hulu your content is complete trash and then y'all wanna keep increasing the price…. It's criminal y'all should be locked up for being greedy sobs

Lousy

The quality of their shows it's going down a lot of what they show you can watch on free apps like Tubi TV or Pluto TV Hulu continues to raise their prices but you have to watch 8 min of commerciala and you're lucky if you get to watch three minutes of the show. Definitely Hulu is no longer worth the money.

HULU just doesn't care

I had HULU ad TV--A few days ago they emailed me and told me that after October of this year I would no longer be able to watch HULU on any of my 5 LG tvs. Of course I could buy 5 ROKU at $25-35 each plus installation if I wanted. Then They decided to add $1.00 a month to ADTV. Now, they make a profit off of those ads--why not just charge more for the ads instead of passing it onto the consumer? So I canceled--there are more and better streaming devices with better content that changes more often., They are owned by Disney--I encourage everyone to boycot HULU and the Disney streaming device.

I subscribed to Hulu+Live TV about a year ago and found the video product excellent. I don't recall any billing or service problems at that time. I just resubscribed to the same product at a monthly cost of $69.99. My credit card was billed $79.34 with no itemization and no apparent explanation. I chatted with one representative and spoke by phone with another and all they could tell me was that "taxes" are added to the base price and the amount of taxes could be different, depending upon my billing location. In my county and state, there is a 7% sales tax. The "taxes" charged to my credit card amounted to 13.36%. I did not obtain either a written or verbal explanation. When I told the customer service representative with whom I spoke on the phone I felt there was an intentional misrepresentation of the monthly cost and that I would deal with that accordingly, she responded: "You will lose" and hung up on me. (I attempted to take screen shots to verify that no itemization of the additional "taxes" charged to my credit card were provide, but was unable to to save the file in. Jpg format.)

I had a little bit of a problem with getting the student discount and I called their service center hotline. The woman who answered was so nice and so incredibly helpful! Kelly should absolutely get a raise for how hard she worked on helping me figure this whole debacle out. Although there was not much she could do for me on her end of the spectrum, she was so respectful and committed to helping me! Ask for Kelly if you can!

Not a bad service, but I travel a lot and if I haven't logged in on my home network for 2-3 weeks, they block my access. Can't watch anything until you call them, they verify it's you and then the let you watch. Truly annoying that you pay for a streaming service that blocks your service if you are streaming from vacation. The good news I've always received quick service, but annoying that when I visit family or take a road trip with my camper I turn on my TV and it's blocked. Something to consider if you travel a lot.

Issues with billing

I tried to renew my subscription. Every time I tried to do the payment. It said can not process. I looked at my account and it was on my account twice. And paid for. A week ago I was told it would take 3-5 days for it to be refunded. Talked to them today. And it's being reviewed. So they have a $150 of my money. And I can't get into the app to watch TV. They said they would call me today. 10 hours later still waiting for that phone call.
