First and last time ordering from them and wished I would have read reviews first. Thought they were a new company so not sure why their prices feel like Neiman Marcus. Wouldn't even allow me to use a coupon code at checkout. I'll stick to Juvia's Place makeup. Quality is great... prices are awesome and for extra savings you use one of their coupon codes. Huda is still overpriced even when they have a sale

I have no negative comment about the product but customer service is one of the worst in the business. Takes days to get responses. Responses are copy and pasted by humans who don't actually respond to your unique requests. Then you reply and wait days more for another copy and pasted reply. Makes me not want to buy from them because if an issue arises I can forget about a resolution. Sad because the product is good. Beware.

Product is okay for the price. Wish for more selection and better quality. Not long-lasting. Lip gloss is bad.

Ive had a problem with a product and they didn't try to fight it with me. They asked for a video and batch code and refunded me. I absolutely love their products, and I'm glad that their customer service is awesome too! Favorite brand!

I placed an order for black Friday '21 and when I received it around December 8th I noticed that one item was missing. I informed the customer service straight away and they asked me for pictures of the package and of the delivery note (the missing article wasn't even there) and they agreed that I could even still receive the item or I could get a refund. I thought it would be fine to just receive the missing article as I was hoping, so I chose that option. But then I saw nothing was happening and I wasn't receiving any shipping notification I asked for an update twice and the answer was always really vague like "we don't know when it will be shipped" (why is an open order such an irrelevant topic?!?!) and it was really starting to be annoying, so I reached out again at the beginning of January and chose the refund option. They told me it would happen within 48 hours but then it would take up to 14 days to see the money on my bank account. Guess what? After the 14 days, still nothing. I reached out again and they said yet again they would look into the issue and get back to me. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such an upsetting experience. It was literally my favorite brand EVER, this issue could have been resolved in 5 days tops, and it was just handled so poorly instead I had to promise they'll never hear from me again (after I get my money back). And all of this after reaching the status "legend" in their fidelity program. If this is how "legends" are treated, I cannot say I'm proud I spent so much money on their products. Super, super disappointed

It was my worst shopping experience ever. I have placed an order on huda beauty site for a month ago, I was i touch with cc and get an information that my order will be delayed. I was like ok, it's not a problem for me. All I needed was a confirmation, that I will for sure receive full order- and they confirmed it. Then after a month I have received three items from my order and got an e-mail that the rest was cancelled and I will receive money within 14 days. They have even not give me any information about it before and I am 100% sure, that if I will not contact with cc they would forget the case. The company is totally untrustable and if you want your entire order quickly, I recommend Anastasia. Never again.

I purchased the Huda Beauty cream contour and I really love it. It's perfect for nose contour, a great shade that's not too warm nor cool. It's not too expensive but also not the cheapest on the market at £26. However, the pot will last me a long time so I don't need to repurchase very often.
I like that it's available on all major beauty websites so it's easy to purchase and get it delivered to your house.
