It doesn't even deserve a return. It should go in the garbage. Poor quality. I've learned my lesson to investigate, read reviews, and research before purchasing.

I bought several products from Huda Beauty and was very disappointed. The quality was poor, and I was not satisfied at all. I will never buy from this brand again.

They did not send the products ordered, the online complaint page is pointless. They send an automated response to any message submitted, then a short while later they send an automated response closing the ticket. They do not read or respond to any contact, there is zero customer service. Lousy company.

Would give 0 but won't let me, ordered on here for a birthday present for my friend, stated 2 for 4 days for delivery after 4 buisness days and 6 normal days it's still processing. (False advertisng) Contacted them got an ai reply and twlling me there not canceling my order, no number, worst company, I will never be shopping here again and iv told all my friends and followers to and done a youtube review of my experience.

I bought her new release of Easy Bale perfume and a setting powder by her option of Afterpay but they never send me a confirmation email or a shipment confirmation. When I contacted there customer services (they are bots) and the kept saying theh could not find my order and sorry, in spite I had proof of my order from Afterpay. I even wrote directly in Instagram to Huda Beauty on comments optiom becaise she doesn't have direct customer service people. And in spite of me tagging her in my comment, she never replied back. Ever! So, I have to go through Afterplay and my bank to get this solved. So disappointed.

I bought kayali's love fest burning cherry and what they sent me was a dupe. I've tried this perfume in store and it's a sweet maraschino cherry sent with some warmth and spice to it. What I got smelled like that putrid, powdery with a tiny hint of cherry cough syrup crap that oakcha trys to pass off as a Tom Ford's Lost Cherry dupe. There's not even notes of powder in Kayali's love fest.

I spent a lot of money on the Wild palettes and they are just crap for the price point. Not much payoff and too much fallout. They screwed up my order too, just a headache. Won't be buying from this company again. So disappointing because I was excited to try their products. Their branding sold me but their actual makeup sucks.

I feel good about buying my make up from Huda Beauty! Thank you for letting me buy a makeup brand that doesn't fund genocide! Plus, the product is absolutely amazing! Makes me proud to spend my money somewhere where I know they will not spend their profits on hurting other people! Thank you!

I ordered Huda products about 2 months before Christmas. One eyeshadow was crushed and 2 items missing. After 18 emails back and forth, they still ask me for pictures (which I have sent several times) and what is missing etc… I have asked them to refund me at this point and not only are they not refunding me, I keep getting emails asking what is missing! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from HUDA!

Your views on a specific region is why I write this. I hope others boycott your company and clearly these reviews show the products are subpar and cause allergies
And besides you had many a plastic surgery ugly inside and outside

Not only is the face creams, lipsticks and eye shadows clumpy and grotesque but so is the woman behind the brand who spits hate and sole goal is to add resentment towards a specific religion.

The products are terrible, it is clear that they are of poor quality.
They caused me allergies and I threw them directly into the trash.
Don't buy those horrible products.

Never used such bad makeup like her's.

So much money and for what? It did no good to my face, don't buy it

I got a very bad eye infection from using the nude eye shadow palette. The infection lasted for two weeks and I kept a small bump on my eye lid. Also after a while, I gave it another shot as I was still hesitant but guess what: Second eye infection. I should have known better.
I am sure the infection was caused by the huda beauty palette as this was the only new product I used after my eye got infected, and the second shot was the cherry on top.

I left a review twice and it was deleted. Not so transparant as well!

Will never buy a huda beauty product again!

I had a terrible experience as my package was returned to the sender due to the fact that I was out of town, I have tried contacting Huda beauty to let them know but nothing has worked.
This is 3months now and my package was not sent back to me.
The customer service is so poor and I would not be buying this product or encouraging any one to buy this as I was scammed off my hard earned money.

I recently bought Huda Beauty bombshell and Icon trio set. Amazing colours and superb product quality. Long lasting lip shades. Highly recommended

The items I had bought received late and they were damaged and they refused to compensate me. NOT RECOMMENDED

I've been a fan of Huda Beauty for a few years now. Their products are always top-notch, from their eyeshadows to their liquid lipsticks. I particularly love the wide range of shades they offer. The quality is consistent, and the pigmentation is impressive.

I love the loose powder-poundcake! I usually purchased from Sephora, but they have been out of stock so I decided to go directly to the source and placed an order. First it was delayed based on their original date of delivery then it never arrived.
I did reach out to Huda Beauty to let them know & they were not much help at all and basically said they're out of stock now! My total order was about $60 so I'm basically out of the money and have no product!
I explained that I always get my mail. I have never had any issues, but it didn't seem to matter. Unfortunately, I will not continue to use their product because of the way this was handled. My advice is pick up in store. If only customer service was good as the product.

They have a horrible return policy and offer no exchanges on items so if you ever plan to get an item as a gift for someone don't. Their customer service reps are rude and want not only your order number but your payment type, cc number, address, order total amount and email and username it's insane and not all that is even in the email receipt. I will never buy from them again when I could get their stuff at Sephora and get great customer service.
