See the attached text screen shot. We bent over backwards for her as a customer, then she sends a text message intended for her boyfriend to the person she mentioned about (me!). All I can say is wow! Unprofessional and rude. Callie Northagen is who you chose to represent your company?
Hi. I try several times to place in order. I have a residential property and one tenant have a debt w hsn. They put a lock in my address for several years because this person have a balance. This is not my fault. Everytime pass me to customer service denied my purchase. Is very frustrated when you explain. Also i have my legal bank debit card. This is only advise dont buy from this company. I feel discrimination because i explain and i tell investigate. But no body donig nothing and put my family like criminal people. Aware! Never order again! I buy several times from qvc. If you have good customer service. I dont think so! *******@yahoo.com

I've only had my ring with dangling cross about 2 weeks. The cross has already fallen off n is lost. $60 ring is trash.
They have literally a handful of good merchandise. The Beauty Spy sells garbage and most of the clothing from HSN 95% is all garbage! 80% off the Beauty products are garbage except for Perlier is very good and so is Bio Science and Active Argan they are o.k.
Most of their merchandise especially clothing is really cheap and totally disappointing.
I returned 2 ring doorbells in December, 2022. I have a receipt that someone signed for them at HSN. My account was not credited so I contacted them and was told the doorbells went to Amazon and there was nothing they can do. I have an active dispute which my credit card is handling. Never again will I order from them.
HSN doesn't require a signature upon delivery for electronics. UPS left my tablet in front of my door in the rain. Visible for anyone to steal. I will never order anything of value again.
I made my first and only purchase from HSN and began receiving advertising emails every day afterwards. I tried "unsubscribing" many times and made no less than 5 calls requesting they take me off of their email distribution but it's been 3 months now and they continue to harrass me daily with more emails. After one call with a manager wherein I thougth it had finally been resolved, I then received the attached letter stating I do not have a right to be taken off the email list. This is unacceptable and will ensure that I NEVER AGAIN order from HSN.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM HSN. My parents bought a computer for Aubrey for school and stated repeatedly, on the phone call, "I want to pay the total with my credit card. I DO NOT WANT PAYMENTS. I want to purchase it in full now!" The lady said, "ok. I can do that" and reassured her that's what happened. 2 months later we get a bill in the mail for the laptop. We call customer service and lady threatened to disconnect the call cuz we were getting frustrated that they WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TO PAY OFF IN FULL (like we originally wanted). They want a debit card for full amount you know cuz we have $500 just sitting in our debit acct for things like this.
Placed two orders, which showed on my account history.
Then suddenly NO ORDERS showing on my account. I called twice, the biggest waste of time ever.
I'm told that I cannot use PayPal, they 'do not have an agreement' with PayPal, what a bunch of bs. I checked out using my account, and hsn is telling me that I am a 'guest'.
Wish I had a tape recording of the customer service reps I spoke with, just reading the same script over and over and over.

I bought my vitamins which never came. I tried any possible contact but nothing worked. They are rude.They never gave back the money.
I had bought a tree from HSN for a Christmas tree in August and turned it on a couple time a month on Dec 12 it wouldn't come on I called HSN customer service and they refused to send the little electronic box the size of a phone charger I had to send the whole tree so I ended up calling them back and placed an order to be sure I would have it for Christmas so later the same day I had gotten an email saying the replacement was being sent out, no one bother to tell me that when on the phone so I cancelled the new order to prevent ending up buying two trees, so they stop the replacement from being shipped so I paid for overnight shipping shipping on the defective tree and they received it on Dec 14 I called on the 22nd and they didn't process the returned tree so no tree for Christmas and they had more than adequate time to have gotten it to me, so that ended me from future business with them and I will encourage others to think twice about buying anything from them, this was the poorest CS I have ever had any dealings with, they get one half star
I called HSN to purchase a HP Laptop computer, I ordered it for customer on 5-easy payments, which they took out $208.00 dollars out of my checking account, well I call today 5-days later for then to tell me the sale was cancelled, this is without my knowledge, If I would have not called in I would have never known it was cancelled after they took my $208.00, They did say they would return my money and wanted to know if they could help me find a computer, I said no I will never purchase anything from HSN again.
I found out the hard way that the easy returns are not so easy.
When i purchased the bose radio and was unhappy with it, i decided to return the radio.

I would think they would be ashamed of themselves to do business like that.
It took a week just to ship out! Will take another week to arrive. I order from a lot of online companies and items ship out in 1-2 days and arrive within a week max. Funny thing is my sister ordered the same thing on the same day. She received the order within a week. I AM STILL WAITING!
Once received my husband put it together and noticed rust and bent bars. I purchased this product because it was small enough to fit in our RV. We travel constantly year around. When I reached out asking for some refund to get this item fixed. I have to jump through hoops in order to have this issue resolved. The customer shouldn't have to jump through hoops it should be made easy if there is proof of issue which I have. I will no longer purchase anything through this company.
I had ordered a zinger wheelchair on 8-18-2022. I was delivered on 8-23-2022. The box had no tag package to security the box. The box was returned item. It did not have a return label. On it. I tried to be returned by UPS. I had to pay $215.22. Including insurances. BUYER BEWARE HSN. I hope I can get my returned $215.22 back to my credit card. Or i had to call the credit card company
I bought some solar lights thru HSN they were made by Bell -Howell was a set of 8, after using them around 4-5 times( I only used them when we were camping) they stopped working. I call HSN customer service and they told me to email the manufacture. I email them and they told me they were under warranty for a year and to send them my paper work. I did then they stopped responding back to me. I called HSN back and they told me oh sorry about that and didn't try to help me at all.
If you want good service and quick delivery, don't expect to get it from HSN. Tried to cancel an order and I got nothing but excuses and was told I could return it after I get it... but I would have to pay for the return and it was a heavy item.
They are continually MISLEADING the consumer during their demonstrations and so many products are made in China! What happened to the USA?
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
