Be careful with hsn card and flex pay the card company take the whole amount of payment then hsn still takes the flex pay, and if you pay early as i did the will not update your payment right away. There is not customer service after midnight they are closed.
On 10-11-23 she was host on today special with Lacey chabert. Suzanne was making a comment where you can go with the jacket after that she was saying I don't care. She should know better to saying thing like that's that wasn't very nice I think Suzanne is very snotty I don't like her attitude I think the manager should do something about it I
My order was not filled and that was after I called back to get assurance it was. Later I called to see why order was not coming and told order wasn't complete now it can't be filled and I am out of luck ugh
I just tried to cancel an order for 2 items I placed 1-1/2 days ago. I was told that I had to do it before midnight that day. I was already billed for the items but won't get them for another week. This stinks.
Don't use their credit card. You are on hold, can't get them directly, they can't add debit cards online and their statements don't have a simple beginning, payments, ending balance. Definitely not worth dealing with HSN to go thru that!
HSN will the item for free. Please if you need to return the items. You will pay heavily for return shipping. I returned a pairs of shoes bought for $63.00, to return I paid over $26.00 for shipping return. No more for me
I purchased a rocker recliner that was almost $1800 in 3/23. Now the wireless remote has malfunctioned HSN will not help me they keep sending me to the manufacture the manufacturer sends me back to HSN. I have a chair that no longer reclines don't buy expensive items from HSN they don't support what they sell

Tried to order a new computer through HSN to get a deal and spent 2 days on and off the phone with HSN trying to get it only to be cancelled. All the info was correct but their system was incorrect. They verified several times to eventually tell me they were just going to keep cancelling my order because they simply dont want to and reserve the right to do so as a private company.? Why offer products if you are not going to allow customers to buy and why all this hassle. Stick to Amazon Walmart bestbuy. Literally any other site but HSN you will have the worst experience you have ever had with a website if you choose HSN. Guaranteed.
I purchased and item that came in 3 different colors. I order one in each color. When I received the email with my purchase and bank account total it was in one lump sum. When I called my bank for a totally honest question they told me that each item was charged individually. This is totally wrong on the part of HSN! We as the customer should be notified of this! Do they NOT realize that we are the ones paying their salaries!?
Tijdens de cursus in 2018 kreeg ik te horen dat m'n moeder ongeneeslijk ziek was. Ik gaf aan de cursus op een ander tijdstip te willen vervolgen. 1) Totaal geen empathie of medeleven van de operationeel directeur Bas van der Ende of ik bewijs wilde sturen, zodat ze konden onderzoeken of ik in aanmerking zou komen voor de overmacht regeling, wat zou betekenen dat ik de cursus nogmaals kon doen voor de helft van de kosten ( ik heb toen een foto gestuurd van moeder helemaal geel van de alvleesklierkanker)
M'n moeder overleed 5 maanden erna.
Ik was kapot van verdriet
Nu 2023 geef ik aan alsnog de cursus te willen afmaken, krijg ik te horen dat ik destijds niet genoeg bewijs heb aangeleverd en dat ik de training dus niet kan vervolgen tegen het destijds aangeboden gereduceerd tarief. Ook hebben ze de overmacht regeling ondertussen verwijderd.
Van Bas van der Ende, operationeel directeur hoeft u dus geen empathie te verwachten. Als u of u naasten iets ernstigs overkomt, waardoor u door overmacht de cursus niet kunt bijwonen, bent u het geld kwijt. Walgelijk
Ik heb de e-mails van Bas bewaard, ik deel deze graag met iedereen die deze wilt zien.
As with so many others they cancel your order with no explanation. I'm not sure if they're just trying to harvest people's credit card and contact information, but what other purpose would anyone have for running a website that doesn't actually sell anything?
CHEAP CLOTHING NOT AT ALL THE HIGH QUALITY OF QVC.
QVC DESIGNERS MAKE QUALITY AND A LOT OF PETITES IN ALMOST 90% OF TOPS AND BOTTOMS. HSN LIKES TO BE NON-INCLUSIVE WITH MAJORITY FOR PETITE WOMEN. 90% OF HSN CLOTHING DOES NOT INCLUDE PETITE WOMEN AND 80% OF THEIR CLOTHING IS CHEAPLY MADE THEY LACK THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL OF QUALITY LIKE QVC.
I received a letter in the mail about a week ago from HSN lawyers stating that I owe HSN $8.31 from a flex pay. I tried to call HSN but they never answered the phone. EVER! I called every phone number that I could find from HSN TV phone number to every phone numbers for HSN online I could find but all of them never answered the phone. I was so insulted and humiliated. I finally was able to speak to HSN lawyers. HSN could have called me to discuss this with me. They have my phone number and have everyone of all their customers as well. They had never contacted me by phone or email or letter. Even the lawyers thought it was unusual for an $8.31 charge. I will never shop with HSN again.
The most horrible website and company as ever existed! Stay away and never place any order from them. They canceled my order 3 times. No call or explanation at all. The worse customer service as I ever experienced. They are not able to explain why the cancel you order blaming on financial institution. They are working from home so no supervisor and you can't speak with any one who's in charge. ONE BIG NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY!
WE ORDERED AND SHARK VANCUUM, OUR 1ST EXPERIENCE WITH HSN. IT LASTED NOT EVEN A MONTH. WE ARE BOTH DISABLED, BUT WE WILL MAIL IT BACK SOMEHOW. SO WE ORDER A MORE EXPENSIVE 2ND VACUUM. HSN PUTS THE WRONG ADDRESS ON IT. NO VACUUM FOR US, BUT FOR WRONG ADDRESS. SO WE ORDER A 3RD VACUUM. NOW THEY SAY 8 MORE DAYS TO WAIT. NO HELP TO SPEED IT UP. THAT'S OKAY, BECAUSE NEVER AGAIN HSN, NEVER AGAIN!
I bought an AC unit on July 12th 2023. As of July 17th 2023, it hasn't been shipped or anything. I called to have it removed. But the rep said it had to be canceled within 24 hours. I tried and they told me that I had until midnight the same day to cancel it. Which would of left me 4 hours. Without an update. So I contacted them again since it hasn't been shipped. They told me that despite the fact it hasn't been shipped they can't cancel it because it wasn't the same day. Which makes no sense. So I asked if they could ask the vendor if they could cancel it because it hasn't been shipped. My daughter's dad is a warehouse manager. They said they had no contact with the vendor. Almo. So I had to contact them myself. HSN is a scam. They're employees are lazy. Please be careful on how you spend your money with these scammers
They made an unauthorized transaction on my card for something I ordered but didn't receive. They say it was delivered but I didn't get it. It was most likely delivered to the wrong address because it has happened before. All I know is I DID NOT receive it and they charged my card (unauthorized). I will never buy anything from them again and will spread the word about them because they are thieves.
Called the 1888 number for support because the screen did not come on they cut me off. It is two weeks old. Don't buy it. You will be sorrrrry.
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
