Hp products are horrible the computers take forever to load even on a fast network where other computers can load no problem. Any time I use an hp printer the paper comes out with random lines that make the paper look very messy. The products aren't cheap and the quality of the products are very low. A dial up network works even better than these products

Dealing with HP Customer Service reps is a NIGHTMARE! The newer reps have no clue how to help customers. One female rep didn't even know how to send me a text! They sent me 2 incorrect flash drives over a period of three weeks and I had to spend hours on the phone with no resolution. Then my case went to escalation department where the incompetence continued. The reps there did not even know what kind of computer I had. They did not get back to me in a timely fashion and they were generally clueless. They finally fixed the computer I sent them, but it got stolen in shipping. Now I am getting the runaround with the replacement! This has been going on since Feburary 1st and I still don't have a working computer!

Hinges are crap

This is my 2nd HP 17″ laptop, the first one was purchased for a little over 600 dollars and after about two years the hinge screw keepers pulled out of the cheap plastic and caused the back of the laptop to break where the charge port is attached and on the other side where the cd-rom drive is attached. I ended up taking it apart and putting stove bolts through the corners and that worked great. Eventually i needed a larger computer and like the many others on here i thought the first one broke because of something i did, so i purchased a more expensive one for over 1100 dollars this time (higher price = better quality) WRONG unfortunately the same exact thing happened after only 18 mos. Needless to say i will never buy a hp again nor will any of my family members.

The hp victus 15.6

I really like the hp victus 15.6 gaming laptop because it can run forza horizon 5 really well but it does lag a little just because it only has 8gb of ram and a 512gb ssd a amd ryzen 5 5000 series a nvidia geforce gtx 1650 so i am thinking about upgradeing some of the parts in it like make it has 1tb of storage 32gb of ram a rtx 3050 or 3070 ti. A nother thing i like about this laptop is it is good for school because of the parts that is in it and over all i give the hp victus 15.6 gaming laptop a 10 out of 10.

After spending so much time waiting for support on my telephone, I was finally connected, only to be disconnected 45 min. Later with no call back.

The next day I started over, this time with the chat feature. The helping person was extraordinarily slow asking questions that had already been established i.e. Serial number, mac or pc, phone number etc.

After we finally got to the heart of the matter -getting OCR feature to work - she said "you don't have that feature"--yes I do! I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said they would call me back. I waited all day and never received a call back.

I inadvertently purchased the wrong ink for my printer and it has been over 30 days since I purchased it. I just want to replace with the correct ink. The only way they will replace it is if I buy an upgraded printer and then they will replace the ink. So I now have 4 unopened boxes and will just throw them away as I have no use for them. I would never buy from HP again. Amazon all the way...

Crappy Laptop, Crappy Service

I bought zn HP 15-ef2723od Laptop on sale in November, got it in December. I didn't realize there was no backlit keyboard, and from the beginning, the sound only works if I hit Output Device... EVERYDAY! I didn't realize that Office Depot only has a 14-day return policy so I had to deal with HP. They were open to giving me an exchange for a different computer but after talking to the sales team, they refused to give me one that is an equal type of processor because I bought this on sale. Then I find out that my printer and this piece of crap don't like each other. HP won't help me with that either. Their solution is now I have to buy a new printer. WTH? And a technician spent about 30 mins resetting the drivers so that the sound issue would stop. Well that did nothing. Now they want me to do a factory reset, even tho, this problem existed on day 1. Then if that doesn't work, they want me to send it off for repair for a couple of weeks... I mean... I've never had so many issues with a computer as this one. I bought a lemon and now I'm paying for it. HP sucks $#*!. Will never buy from HP again.

HP unfortunately like ALL printer companies does then profit over quality model. They intentionally build in design flaws that lead to the printer not being able to detect full amounts of ink in the cartridge or other problems that force customers to pay more for less ink.

This wouldn't be SO bad if they at the VERY LEAST let you get some ink from the cartridge, however due to a flaw on their end the ink cartridges on my printer occasionally display that they are empty even if they are brand new. The built in function to force higher cost for less ink is broken and now the new cartridges display no ink.

NO REFUND available for their design flaws.

What a joke.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR HP INSTANT INK

Do not sign up for HP Instant Ink. This is the way it works. They will charge you every month for the number of pages you print, which often exceed the cost of the ink if you go to the store and buy it. Then if you cancel your HP Instant Ink account, they turn your printer off even though you have already paid over and above for the ink in your printer, and you cannot print anything. Then they will continue to charge you for one or two more months, claiming it is due to the pages you printed the past couple of months. It is a total scam. Just go to the store and buy your ink and you will save a lot of money. Again, this HP Instant Ink subscription is a total scam! Do Not Sign Up for it.

HP+ is Garbage

Bought a new printer that came with HP+. I don't normally print a whole lot, but had just started homeschooling my kid and was printing more than normal... I have 2 UNOPENED ink packs that were sent to me... but I canceled HP+ because I printed a majority of what I needed so far. When I canceled the service... I was told that I could no longer utilize the ink cartridges that I paid for with the service because I canceled... this doesn't make sense to me, as I did in fact pay for the ink within the service... will never use HP+ again... well never use OR purchase anything HP related again.

Substandard Laser printer

The support services for hp product is mediocre at best, I would give 0 stars not only for product ease of use but also the support services available online. You cant get to an actual person, I spent an hour on the support site before I finally did a new search and found a video online that was 100% more helpful. I couldn't even get the printer to work via USB cable. Complete garbage in my opinion You get what you pay for I guess.

We bought and subscribed, never received any ink, cancelled and now they have locked us out of our printer, even though we have purchased our. Own ink. A little scary that this company can control what we are doing in our home office. Customer service has not rectified. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE, FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS OR PRINT REPORTS FOR SCHOOL

Great Headset Not so Great Customer Care
The Headset is great, or should I say was great when it worked, but the customer service is the worst, When I called HP to exchange the defective 6M cable, my Reverb G2 was still under warranty, nothing got resolved, never got the 6M cable, and the warranty ran out. That's 1 year of trying to no avail. So I basically have a HP $1000 product which has been collecting dust since. HP doesn't care about their customers but they do love the money. They don't even answer your emails. 5 stars is for the product only, for Customer Care -5 Stars. All that because of a cable, HP did you get that? A 6M Cable that I was even ready to pay for, but they said it's unavailable for me to buy but it was for new customers and businesses. WOW Major Facepalm.

MONEY SUCKERS!

My father (I'm 15) bought a HP OfficeJet Pro Printer which costed almost 200 USD and the printer worked perfectly fine for 4 months until, the printer had a cartridge problem saying "One or more cartridges are missing" but everything was fine. I even did try fix it said the same thing again and again. This meant my father had to buy another cartridge but its really expensive. So it meant that HP doesn't have a proper system of printers. The last thing I'm saying is that don't buy from these guys because they give bad quality and bad system.

Bad Costumer Serive

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PRODUCT THEY WONT HELP YOU IS SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR PRODUCT.

This company wont stand behind their products. I Have a Deskjet 4152E that stopped working about a month ago. The printer stopped printing because of some issue with the ink i contacted the costumer dept and after many hours of troubleshooting nothing happened.
They keep telling me that they have escalated the case to a case manager. Have to wait another 7 days after 7 days passed i call them back and they i was told that the manager has call me. But is a lie i check my phone and my company record and no calls from hp where made no even a voice mail. After telling them about this they keep playing with my time saying that i have to wait another 48 hours. Just BS. My printer is under warranty and they refuse to repair it or replace it. I Will never buy anything from this company because they dont stand behind their product. Shame on you H

Extorted by my printer

I recently bought THREE HP Envy printers for my various work spaces. Enrolled on HP Instant Ink as it sounded harmless enough and a convenient way to get ink delivered. After a while I realised I was getting charged even when I wasn't using a certain printer as although it claims to charge 'per sheet' if you don't print the agreed number of sheets it charges you anyway. I also did not get the ink deliveries in the right places at the right times. Anyway I unsubscribed and switched to alternative cartridges. Now HP have remotely disabled my printer and although I can still print (not from the HP Instant Ink cartridges as they have been blocked) the maintenance functions of my printer no longer work, so no auto-cleaning or alignment. So even though I bought these printers it appears they were never really mine as HP reserved the right to remotely sabotage them if I cancelled my Instant Ink subscription. I currently have 2 HP laptops and 3 printers. THESE ARE THE LAST HP PRODUCTS I WILL EVER BUY.
