Absolutely worthless

I have been using hp products for the last 20 years and in that time their products and services have done nothing but go down hill. Customer service is absolutely non existent, every time I try to log in to my account it takes me 3 hours of fighting their system, even their instant ink subscription is a joke its been over 3 months since I have received colored ink and trying to get anywhere through their virtual assistant is a complete and utter joke. All it does is send you on a trip of runarounds that lasts literally for hours. I remember a time when the name HP actually meant quality, but that time has long since passed. They should be ashamed of themselves for the shotty way they do business and the atrocious quality of their products. Shame on you HP.

I have been dealing with this printer now for 3 weeks. Mind you that this printer is still under Warranty. This printer is not connecting to to my wireless; all my phones, Roku TV etc. connected without any problems. No matter what I tried and believe me I tried everything, no avail. On top of that they send me the wrong printer cartridges making the printer blinking EO Error. It's a virtual nightmare. I'm just done done with it. Unfortunately I can't add proof of purchase etc. because I can't scan nothing in. I will never ever buy an HP Printer again.

Worst experience ever.

When I inquired this laptop HP GAMING LAPTOP 16-B0370TX the HP Chat support was quite helpful but once I placed the order I came to know how bad their service is. First of all both HP and Bluedart (their delivery partner) showing different delivery date from the start. So I called and ask in HP customer care why they are showing different delivery date. They replied me that check HP tracking site and wait for delivery, It will be delivered on time. But it wasn't so I asked again why it wasn't delivered on time. This time they inform me that sorry it was managed by our delivery partner (Bluedart) so we can't do anything. So it clearly shows that there is mismanagement in their service. Also if there was delay then can they at least notify but they didn't and I have to call them for update. So it looks like once they get the payment, they don't care if product will be deliver on time or not and customer has to call them for update.

Worst of all, when I call in HP customer care for any update they don't know anything like why it is delayed or when it will be delivered. So I ask them to transfer the call to senior executive 3 times but strangely they can't forward the call so instead they can just email for callback and then senior executive will callback when they have time. But I haven't received any callback yet so I think they are quite busy managing their worthless service.

Finally they deliver me after 2 days delay and when I check the battery, it wasn't working properly. It drains even during shutdown. So they checked for 2 days via call and when it doesn't resolved they inform me that it will be replaced. But even after 1 week of request it wasn't replaced yet. And the person who is managing this request can't even says still how many more days it will take to resolve.

They told me I am their premium customer and this kind of pathetic service I get. So I don't even want to think what kind of their regular service is. So if you really want to but HP laptop then just go for any other retailer rather than choosing HP site as they provide much better service.

Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY HP PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE WIFI TO PRINT THEY WILL HOLD YOUR PRINTER HOSTAGE!
I have been unable to use my printer for months now!
I have tried calling
I have tried your stupid chat that is nothing more than a stupid ignorant comp program that is useless!
I canceled my ink subscription because of this and since then my printer will not connect and print.
My printer is being held hostage because it won't print without a subscription!

READ THE HIGHLIGHTED WORDS FROM HP…

I went in and tried to resubscribe… It allowed me to change my payment option. WILL NOT LET ME CHANGE OR LOWER MY PLAN!
IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO PRINT!
TRIED USING THE SCAN DOCTOR.
IT REQUIRES A PASSWORD I DON'T HAVE!

HP Instant Ink is a scam.
What they don't make clear, is that if you cancel your Instant Ink subscription, your printer will stop accepting the cartridge. Even if it's a full cartridge. What an absolute scam.
Just do some research and you'll see tons of very angry customers. I will NEVER buy another HP product as long as I live.

Failure on all counts

I intend never To purchase an HP product ever again as long as I live. This has been the most horrible computer/ technical experience I've ever had with any tech company as large as them. No help no live person in customer service can be reached. Their authorized service centers from the website are false or nonexistent. I am still waiting another 2 days just for the return box from hp sent FedEx 1/10. The Allstate protection plan I paid extra for will take a week just to begin a claim. Another scam. Never again. You might think is for as long as they've been ripping us off for INK they could make a good laptop. 4 1/2 months new it failed after I did what I thought I was supposed to do. Won't reboot now; problem started after installing updates that the Hp assistant recommended! Smell any problem here?

Poor customer service, even worse product design

Customer service is nonexistent. You can't get tech support without your Serial No. & Prod No., both of which are in 5 pt type, grey on grey - in short, unreadable (which I guess saves them a lot of tech support calls) on the bottom of the chassis. Without this info, there's no service at all, no information, no assistance, and no human to talk to.

As a product, the Pavilion has terrible design, both on the interior of the case and the exterior. My 13.5" overheats if it's flat on a table; can't use it without a lift and a fan because the fan vents are on the bottom - blocked if it's flat on a table. My husband's 15.6" was another fail. After 2.5 years, we tried to get help, but BECAUSE I COULDN'T READ THE SERIAL NUMBER, HP could do no better than to recommend buying a new computer. Or maybe to purchase an extended warranty to talk to tech support (if only I could read the serial number), because apparently you can't expect an HP to last more than a couple of years.

Stay away from these guys; spend a little extra on a quality brand.

Ridiculous shipping

I ordered a PC for Christmas and they said it'd ship before Christmas. I ordered in November. It was delayed, I understood that, but was assured via chat it would ship on the 8th. It STILL isn't shipped and delayed again.

Lied About Product Availability

I ordered a custom PC ($1600+) through HP at the beginning of December. When going through the ordering process there were items that were marked out, since they were not available due to the graphics card shortage. At check out I was estimated an arrival time of December 25. On December 23rd there was still no update on my order so I emailed, wondering if they were impacted due to the tornados as mentioned in a banner at the top of their site. I was told that my computer would come on January 7th. It's now January 5th and I've received an update saying the dates been pushed back again. For the inconveniences it is frustrating to have paid so much and also paid for shipping. Save your money and go somewhere else

Awful service ever!

Waiting 1 hour 40 minutes, I was transferred three times, I explained my problem to several people, after which they interrupted my call. After I called again, I was told that they do not work with Samsung printer, I told the representative that HP bought Samsung Electronics, the representative was surprised! The staff are generally not informed about the company they work for. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Don't buy HP products if you don't want problems.

This HP Spectre 360 laptop is the most glitchy and most expensive PC I have bought over 40+ years and over 1/2 dozen brands.
Constantly having to unintall and reinstall drivers, wait months for updates to catch up with each other in order to function properly, and simply out of sync with win updates.
It is a pretty laptop and it works for just about everything (except for fingerprint logins, touchscreen, and the heavily advertised B&O speakers that are barely audible and keep loosing their control app and RPC service) but that is about all.
Very dissappointed.

Garbage and full of crap

I own a tax business and purchased a Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283fwd printer on 12/30/2021. I received it at my doorstep 1/6/2021. I used the printer from January 2021-April 2021. Now that tax season has started up the printer doesn't work. The power button comes on but the screen is black. I know I'm not the smartest person in the world but 1/6/2021-1/4/2022 is not one year. They will not replace my printer so I spent $490 on some BULL CRAP. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER BECAUSE IT IS STRAIGHT GARBAGE

Had a problem with one of their computers under warranty. It took several tries just to make contact with someone who cares. It took more than once to get a drive repaired. Then when it finally was replaced it a 512 was replaced with a 256 drive. Did not realize this until I ran out of drive space, now it is no longer under warranty, just out of luck, I guess. BUY YOUR COMPUTER ELSEWARE. No Service, too big to care with the individual.

When you buy HP online through hp.com they will tell you shipping 2-3 days but they never ship it that fast, I had to cancel my order before shipping but they still charge you and it VERY hard to get in touch with customer service for any reason

Customer service is a very specific line of the word for you if you ask for any help.
Very bad poor service. No return and 15% restocking fee which is very bad. COSTO/ Walmart /TARGET BEST BUY if good and best you can buy from any other store which helps to provide all service with the competitive web site and price, who live in the USA

The Worst Computer Brand

The operating system is scratched with the Windows update, sincerely is not a good product. I can tell you the three computer two got scratched even though they have great team support they couldn't do anything. The last one only two months after purchased, luckily it was under warranty. Conclusion: I learned the lesson not to buy HP anymore.

So Slow it's unusable

My computer is a few years old and its already so slow that to send a simple email you should expect to take 30 minuets or more. Extremely slow to open up and each individual thing loads forever too. It's actually unbelievable how slow it is, I don't think I've ever seen another device in my entire life that's this bad, it's basically unusable.

Poor Customer service and cancelation

Poor Customer service! HP used to be good but now they have changed their policies regarding Cancelation of orders, returns, they don't even honour their own prices that changed. They are taking forever to ship orders for e. G I made my order on 10th of December and they are showing shipping on 7th of Jan than another a week or two to deliver, that's ridiculous. So I had to end up canceling the order, now they are telling me I can't cancel since it's processed, I mean seriously HP? This order is just received and not even assembled yet nor even shipped. Now I know the shipment is coming from China not U. S, same like Ali express or Ali baba or wish. I am still giving them 3 stars because they are ligid. My order # is H*******

Still no laptop

I ordered a custom laptop september 2020. Paid $1400 Due date of delivery was a month later, as of yet still don't have it and they are quessing at January 2022 delivery date. To take peoples money and by 4 months later still nothing, no laptop, no delivery is unacceptable. Had I know this would be the level of service, getting an email delaying over and over, I would have gone with a company who lives up to their reputation. HP is no longer what it used to be.

Fake Warranty

4 month old desk top wont power on. Take it to Staples where it was purchased, told need to contact HP(impossible). Finally they tell me I need to send it in to be repaired. Then they kept it?
