When, I attempted to update my Disneyplus payment information, using my iPhone? There system took over my iPhone screen, as if they were contracted by Disneyplus to do so?
They show this "One time fee of $1.00 dollar," transaction gimmick, never making mention of an additional charge of $55.00 dollars/month?
They somehow manage to obtain my credit card information via Disneyplus, and attempted to bill my credit card account without my knowledge and authorization? But, my credit card company declined the charges! Then notified me via text message to alert me of this unlawful transaction?
I notified my credit card company, that I never attempted this transaction!
I've already contacted Disneyplus customer service support about this fraudulent transaction? They were unaware of this company altogether?

I was told I would receive a minor charge for one-time help in setting up a printer. After a 15 minute call I received four charges to my credit card totaling $56.00. I then received a charge one month later for $55.00 and was told I had signed up for a monthly charge. When I called on the day of the charge customer service apologized and told me they would cancel and refund the $55.00. Instead they refunded $27.50. Be on the lookout and monitor your credit card charges if you do business with them.
