This is a SCAM!

I placed my order 5 weeks ago. They charged my card and sent me an order confirmation but no shipping details. The delivery was supposed to be from 5-7 days. I have never received my order. I have emailed them them 5 times- no response. I will call my credit card to try to cancel the transaction! This is fraud!

SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I wish I wouldve read the reviews. People complain about not receiving items, not getting a refund, and unprofessional customer service. They will just straight up just not get back to you and hope you forget about your case. Thats exactky what happened to me, missing item and over 4 months later and no refund. I dont even know how theyre still in business the whole thing is a scam, they do this to almost all their customers.

Updating this to 3 stars because I received the product (over a month late). After I wrote this review someone reached out... when I wrote back they never responded. All in all, awesome product, not so awesome customer service.

I placed my order about 3 weeks ago, I was so so excited to receive it. Last week I reached out for an update on my order and they said they would look into it. Yesterday I followed up and I have not received any response and I had to reach out again today... I asked to just cancel my order. Pretty disappointed since I heard such great things about the products and I was looking forward to trying them.

I ordered a wig and specified the color twice. I received the wrong color and I notified them immediately via email. I didn't hear back from them, so several days later I sent another email, and I called and left a voice mail. A few days later I received an email stating that they were going to refund my money. To date I have not received a refund. The order was placed 1/11/2021, and todays date is 3/22/21. I am out $54.

*** Edit *** I have been contacted on the 15th of march, saying my product would be shipped at the of the week. We're the 16th of april and I still havent received my products, any money back or any follow up. So beware everyone.

Very disappointed and unimpressed with the whole process. Made an order with them and my package arrived with 3 out of 6 products missing. I have reached them to correct the order or to check if it was sent in 2 packages. I was asked to send pictures of the invoice and the box, which I did. The invoice has different marks next to the products that I received compared to the one missing. Haven't been able to reach them again after sending the pictures and no one has gotten back to me. So yeah, totally do not recommend to anyone, lost money, time and my hair been looking like hell forever waiting on my products or my money back.

I have placed an order last week by accident. Right after placing the order, I have sent a couple of emails to cancel it. After days, I got two responses saying once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled anymore, plus cancellation will be charged with 15%. By that time the order wasn't being processed, so instead of just giving me the generic spiel about how things work, the customer service should've taken 2 minutes to look into the status of my order to help me. I told them that and didn't receive a response. One day later I have received an automated email confirmation saying my order is being processed now.

Customer service clearly doesn't care about you. They are very inflexible. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from them, and I will return my order as soon as I get it, even if I have to send it overseas. I don't want them to get away with it, it is really frustrating.

House of Beauty shipped me a 4 piece gift collection of Mystique For Women by Penelope Fragrance. The product was fantastic, and the fragrance was incredible. The ordering process is easy, and the goods are normally delivered ahead of schedule. Even, the customer experience is excellent.

Worst Costumer Service

Never received my order. Tried contacting them email multiple times but never got a response and neither a refund for my order. I ordered on 6th February 2021. Its already over 6 weeks. I would recommend never order from them.

I ordered a face cream and was told it would be delivered 3 weeks after to the UK. One week later when the item did not arrive, I sent an email, letting them know that I will be leaving the address and that my item is not delivered yet. 8 weeks after, i got an email saying it has been delivered. I contacted the people in that address and was told nothing was delivered. Every effort to reach house of beauty on the phone or get them to reply to email proved abortive.

BAD customer service

Ordered a jar of Vitapointe hair cream. Chose 3-7 day standard shipping, but after paying with paypal and placing order, it listed 3 day delivery for $15. Emailed immediately for change, but no response. Emailed 6 times, reply finally got was rude and refused to help. THIS SELLER charges a 30% restocking fee, so not worth returning my $24 jar of hair cream. What a RIPOFF. And check out their attitude on website if you try to dispute via PayPal. SCUM.

I placed two orders with the House of Beauty. The 1st one was delivered to my overseas address quickly with no issues.
The 2nd order, however, while it did arrive quickly as well, only half of my order was shipped. I have written 5 emails to date to their customer services department but no response. I have tried calling the phone number on the shipping invoice but no answer. My advice is to avoid using House of Beauty because they are not reliable or consistent. There is a risk of never receiving your items and losing your money with no recourse.

There should be an option for zero stars. I ordered product online from this company over 5 weeks ago. They have never shipped the order. On the day I ordered it they sent an email that announced "your product has been shipped". That was a lie. A tracking number shows that they are purporting to use a Swiss based shipping company called Asendia. Assuming that is true (who knows) the tracking number says only "shipping information has been received". 5 weeks later, that is still the status. My emails to the company have been ignored. They responded on this site to a prior negative review with what I expect is yet another misrepresentation, and when I replied to that ignored the reply. Check the BBB site and you will find hundreds (not an exaggeration) of similar complaints against this company. In my opinion it would be best to avoid these folks. If you have a problem with your order they will ignore you, which is quite different from how they say that customer service means everything to them. I doubt they ever had the goods I ordered from them.

Contacted multiple times on damaged goods, playing ring around the rosie, not giving any solution & blaming the carrier vs poor packaging. Waste of money and now I have an item I cant use, no resolution on the damage & no offer of credit or returning of the product. Worst business to deal with. They have no voice mail and no one answers the phone. Tried 6 times to contact through email & do not care it came damaged. I'd give a zero if I could. It wobbles back and forth and plastic busted on the side. Low quality product.

Buyer Beware

I placed an order on January 2,2021 and when I received it on January 23 there was a note enclosed that stated one of the items I ordered was not available and I would receive a refund for it in 3-5 days. I should have received a refund when they packed my order and knew the item wasn't available. I have since sent two emails requesting to receive my refund and both requests were ignored. I still have not received a response from HOB or my refund. I was a loyal customer for many years when I lived in Philadelphia and still patronized their business when I moved out of state. Sad to say they have lost a loyal customer over $8.95.

No Customer Service

I ordered an item from this company on a Sunday and realized I could get it cheaper locally. So, I called 4 times, emailed 5 times to cancel this item with no response what so ever. They charged my credit card and shipped anyway. I will refuse pkg and also dispute the charge. Totally pissed off no one ever gets back to me.

Contacted them via their email on packing slip to arrange for a return, since they give no instructions on the packing slip. Got an automated response that said they would review my email. Did not hear back from them so after a few days I called. Had to leave a message. Provided full contact info. Never heard from them, except several weeks later received automated email from them asking for a review from me. I obliged.
