I BOOKED A ROOM WITH A HOT TUB AND WHEN I CHECKED IN IT WAS NOT A HOT TUB ROOM. THE WHOLE REASON WHY I GOT THE ROOM IS SO I COULD HAVE A SOAK IN A BATH. THE GUY CONFIRMED TWICE THAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HOT TUB ROOM. I AM ANGRY.

We were told there was a hot tub, so I proceeded to make reservations, we got her and its closed for winter. Very upset, will never stay here again!

I booked a king room and once I got confirmation I saw it was a 1 queen bed studio. I have called and they said when they called front desk there was no answer. Told me I should get an email later?
The room was very clean. Sheets blanket was very clean bed bathroom showers plenty of supplies. The only bad thing about is checking out. The lady had very bad customer service rude on my receipt when I checked out, I don't have her name very bad Customer Service all I asked her was if there was any complementary breakfast she said no coffee, tea, rude and she did not say anything else. She could've worded in a different way saying I'm sorry, man, but there's only coffee and tea at the moment more explainable, but she was very rude and didn't explain anything. I think there was only like a couple words said and that was it didn't ask. How was your stay everything fine thank you for staying here at hotel. Current nothing.

I called the hotel and talked a real human to reserve a room instead of using a booking app. Alan, a human being, connected with me over the phone and ensured I felt comfortable staying with them. I highly recommend calling instead of using an app.

Overall the agent was pleasant but misled me to believe that the hotel had a specific amenity that I requested. I inquired about laundry facilities and was told there were at the property. When I got here and checked I was promptly told that booking agents tell customers whatever they think customers want to hear in order to gain the booking. That was misleading and wrong. I really do not appreciate that level of misrepresentation.
My phone experience with Michael today was great. He had a good personality, very positive very friendly on helping me with booking my reservation.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
