Initially my experience was somewhat complexing due to the unfamiliar reservations requirements as a Gold Member. But, the young man was very understanding and did an excellent job in getting my registration that was more than satisfactory to me as a Gold Member.

25 seconds to connect to reservations office, been put on hold up to 90 mins, just to find out "no availability" for 14-16 June. Frustrating to be put on hold for so long a time.

HORRIBLE. While I was asking questions about my reservations the person ran my card unauthorized and hung up the phone while I was explaining. I called back and another lady who had been working there for 14 years hung up on me as well. I'm filling charges for fraud.
Lauren was extremely patient, kind and very helpful above all. I was in need of room for 18+ and we were not able to book at her hotel however,she found one that was. She booked a perfect space for our reservation needs. Thank you soooooooooo much Lauren.

The lady who found a hotel for me on ground floor, as I am disable and cannot do steps, did her best for me. For Sarah Jane Bravo!
Now the hotel, and I do Not blame Sarah, the hotel room had not been swept, tub not cleaned, only room left was smoking, I don't smoke, only room, I understand, but ashtray dirty, shoes left on floor from previous guest, cigarette bud on floor and pennies. Aloe lotion on side tub with blue stuff in tub.yuk! Beds were made, kinda worried if sheets had been changed since nothing else done. Friend had to go get toilet paper and towels, none in room. Night person at hotel desk did a good job.

I had asked for a government rate. The rate he quoted me before taxes was more than the advertised regular rate on line. When I questioned the rate, very nicely I might add, he hung up on me.
