I´m tired of gasting time calling for support for the same thing at least every 5 weeks for one of my two domins.

The process of getting to the page of tools I need has become more complicated and convoluted. It takes more, excessive steps to reach the content I need, slogging through a bunch of unnecessary screens. Plus, the Chat icon constantly tries to get my attention, even though I do not need it at the moment, but cannot make it go away.

I've been a customer of Hostgator since 2006 and the rate for reseller hosting has been $25 a month. I received an email today advising me that I was charged $43 for hosting from Hostgator. They failed to notify me that the rate had been increased to $43 a month AND they turned on auto-renewal without my permission or knowledge, taking money from my paypal account without my permission. I think it's only fair that since I wasn't advised that the price would be increase to $43 a month and the auto renewal was turned on without my permission, I should be refunded the difference between $43 - $25 = $18. I will not accept a credit towards next month because I plan to find another service and be moved before then. I'm NOT paying $43 a month. There's tons of other companies I can find which offers reseller with
Unlimited disk space & unlimited bandwidth for $25 a month or less.

I liked what HostGator had to offer. Especially the fact on how much data can be saved and how many emails you can open without getting charged a lot.
It was recommended to me. However the prices have increased massively in the last 12 months but the service has not. The price increase is beyond the level of inflation and I am now shooping for a new host.
Prices. Reviews. Familiarity. Ease of setup. Have had some issues, but my hosts keep getting absorbed into larger hosts and each time the quality and service drops precipitously. Please don't go the same way.

I absolutely hate your new login portal and beginning screen. Sep popups for user id and pw. Then trying to navigate the darn menus to find how to get the the control panel. It just doesnt work.
