I have contacted support 5 times now, and issue is still occurring. Site is unstable, plus I cannot even manage my domain, as I get a 404 error. I believe that this is due to having our domain for some reason appearing twice, and can't get to the settings for either of them without getting a 404.
Case was closed without even reaching out to me to see if everything was working or not. Unless my issues are resolved within 24 hours, I will be asking for a complete refund, so I can take my business elsewhere.

On my side I just get lies from support, I don't know if they want to give me any answer to get the next in the line, but no one wants to help with the problems that I facing, change from reseller to VPS and just have problems, one of my websites is useless and they claim that the problem is the memory of my VPS and yesterday I've got a chat through email telling me that's not the case, so I'm leaving because hostgator support isn't trusted anymore.
At the time of signing up, I wanted to support a local Texas company and the cost of web hosting provided was affordable for me. Through all these years, I've have always been happy with HostGator service.
I would like to know how to delete a domain I no longer want. I'm still getting reminders to add privacy every time I log in.

Scammed me with sitelock. Never solved my problem and wanted to charge me more to solve it and my pages kept getting hacked daily!
New billing system and portal is a step backwards. Some parts don't work, support is slow, and tax handling is being ignored even with supplying correct tax IDs and so on.
The service was great 2 years ago. It seems that your staff now are far less able to solve issues and the quality of the interface has gone down.

Worst support, taking too much time for reply email
Your ENTIRE organization is the worst I've ever seen and I have taken hundreds of my sites, agencies I personally know as an influencer and everyone in between away from your horrible company. I would like nothing more than to see everyone wake up to how much of a joke you are. The happiest day for me is tomorrow Feb 23,2024 when my last domain with you expires and I am free to never have to call your incompetent company ever again to put out a fire that you yourselves have sparked. Literally tell everyone to run away! I've taken so much business away from you it's not even funny and I'll continue to do this till you go out of business.
