Your new interface is really crap. You configured $#*! in my domains that I never asked for.And when I try to make changes, it often doesn't update or there are still some ghost things bugged. I will probably change hosting soon.

I would like to give a permission to someone to work with Database, and it also was hard to do.
Host gator has not provided support to keep my account protected, so I will not be renewing as a customer. They exposed my personal address for years without my awareness and have no protection for spam account trying to access personal information through their email. Also the email constantly kicks me out and I have to re-login after a short time. The last time I was a customer they dismantled my business email without notifying me. I should have never reinstated my account. Customer service is sometimes helpful, sometimes they don't listen. I am complete with this relationship.

Not list price in the billing center for future purchase
I spent over $1200 on a VPS hosting account and I have had nothing but problems for days. Nothing works out of the box and this is supposed to be a premium hosting account. My old Platinum reseller account was a breeze to work with and it is supposedly older technology. I can't even install a simple Wordpress website without multiple errors in this Snappy account. Load speeds for my website and working with an FTP client is a nightmare, with the slowest server I've ever experienced from any hosting. I'm extremely disappointed and worried about future websites I need to install. I've spent countless hours with customer support and no one can fully resolve my issues. They say they've resolved the problems, then the next support rep finds a new issue that I assumed was fixed.
Security issues have become a problem and it seems that it is now a problem for the sake of hostgator now getting in the business of selling malware removal services!
The other issue is that my web developer is constantly being delayed from work due to the tech support not recognizing his pin for access!
Works decently, needs to improve somewhat, customer service is always good.
I am novice and expected HostGator to be easier to manage with good customer service. I've found it not to be so easy to navigate. Otherwise it's OK
Back in 2004 because you had fast servers, great service and were unique in the market. Lots has changed since then. In Sep. 2023 you have raised the prices by 60%+ on many customers with no prior notice and you're not even willing to fix issues that have been going on for years now. It's sad. I would not choose you again, unless you up your game and lower your prices again.
I have called once and chatted 4 times to correct a domain issue. It is not corrected as of yet.
Please tell someone to add a "close" button so that we can hide the Message Us chat box. It blocks other important stuff. You can't tell it this but have to choose a product you need help with. I just want to get rid of the box.

Because of Website Builder, but you took it away and now I can't use it. Bait and switch! That's illegal in California! Then you increase the rate by double each year for my hosting package! Bad company practice! But, your parent company was fined millions for fraud, so it's expected from HostGator now!
