Too many issues, many times the host stop working, too many times my websites become very slow

It used to be a company with good customer service. That' has changed a lot over the past few years.

Seems every time I sign in and try to go to cPanel Email or Hosting I can't connect... it times out. This is unacceptable!

I can never find or access the Website builder. Today it's telling me I'm not authorized. The layout of this new website it very confusing and very difficult to find what I need.

Your service and ethics are terrible. Our complaint for case (OEML-*******) was not resolved and after cancelling our services you still try to charge us over 230USD. Deplorable

It seems like you have a lot of issues for letting me access my wordpress lately to edit. It is getting real frustrating here.

Bad security and bad support.
All the hosts i use are infected and you keep saying that i should subscribe to an antivirus service, knowing that i'm deleting the whole content and the issues keep persists!
I suggest not to ask people about their opinion because we all believe that it will change nothing in your quallity of service.
I'm a customer since 3 years and keep suffering!

My account log in has not shown me the two websites I host or any account details since November. I have called numerous times with no satisfactory reason why I cannot see my account info. Recently I was told to go to CPanel but I was unable to maneuver that method. What is the problem?

I was just asked if I want domain privacy after I have already purchased that product.

Please stop with the forced plan to choose security when loggin. I am not going to accidently buy it. It just gets irritiating every time i login and have to skip it.

Auto renew is broken and I can't bulk renew from domain page. Awful new portal.

If I don't want to pay for a service, you must no insist. And seems to be to take advantage from your customers to expose freely our personal contact information.
Other thing is that I just have just 3 pages but appear repeated more, and I can't cancel them
