Not bad,after renewal it takes long to restore hosting

I was looking for an alternative to my other hosting because they were behind in their updates. HostGator would be more appealing if I wasn't constantly bombarded with sales pitches. It's really annoying.

It's been 5 contacts that I am trying to resolve an issue with no solution. I cannot receive email *******@goodbyememo.com (I can send). This issue should be resolved without making the site www.goodbyememo.com unreachable

The are too many things to pay apart, and even though I had already paid to renew the security of my website, it is again saying that it is not a secure site. Why? I don't know. Also, the platform is not easy to understand.

New portal is not good. Discontinue website builder not a good idea.

Initial low cost and free SSL but now is more expensive than others and features removed like unlimited website with baby plan...etc. I feel like you all are trying to milk people for all you can.

Where is Billing now?
My package that I pay for doesn't show up either, I have access to the CPANEL but here I am unable to find the package I pay for

I am actually leaving because of super poor service.

Because I became familiar with it 11 years ago with a pretty good impression of it, it had impressive tech support then. My biggest problem with it now is the raised cost of hosting and I know I can find a better deal elsewhere, so I might not be 'here' for long.

Relatively cheap intro price, support is pretty responsive.

I called this morning, my visitors can't visit my site, because it said, the web is unsecured; I got a very pleasant rep answer my call. She tried hard but can't resolve the problem, then she got more help from other department, worked on for hours, still can't resolve the problem. She said I will be notified of the out come. The day is almost over, I did not get any response nor notification. Now my site is totally down.
