Research that was done years ago. I have been a member for many years.
I see that you have a new UI which does not include easy and quick access to Order History. The only reason I log in to your system 6 or 7 times a year is to download receipts for tax reporting purposes. I used to be able to access those right from the landing page once I logged it. This time I had to work to find where Order History was hidden and it requires a few more screens to get there. Poor attention to the user experience in my book.
Our site goes down everyday, despite blocking PHP updates. We are very disappointed and loosing sales because of HostGators lack of attention to this detail.
Needed a service, but have been let down with hidden costs and lack of transparency.
Good price, fast loading and, so far, no down time.

After so many issues with email, glitches and layout issues in control panel, I've now had payments taken from my card for services I never selected. This is probably the 5th hosting provider I've used, but easily the worst
Services getting very poor, and price getting high!
