I found it through online search but im not satisfied with the service, for last two years i renew my hosting package with repeated commitments of HostGator team that they will improve the services and reduce the "Server Response " time which is way too higher always over 600 ms for my hosted website/portals but the issue stands unresolved

My last 3 calls have not been pleasant experience. Technicians seem unwilling to help resolve my email problem. Some of your technicians are simply AMAZING. I usually give a 5 star rating but this 1 star is purely for the last few calls. Thanks

1) you don't ever refund the money when I get a service by accident
2) I called to get my SSL on my website and it's still not working
3) You changed the entire interface and now I don't know how to see my host expiration date.
4) I am really disappointed and will move on to another hosting company.
