I found it through online search but im not satisfied with the service, for last two years i renew my hosting package with repeated commitments of HostGator team that they will improve the services and reduce the "Server Response " time which is way too higher always over 600 ms for my hosted website/portals but the issue stands unresolved

My backend is extremely slow which your customer service is unable to resolve plus there are random outages.

Poor interface, no payment extension.
It seems that you do not want people to interact.

My last 3 calls have not been pleasant experience. Technicians seem unwilling to help resolve my email problem. Some of your technicians are simply AMAZING. I usually give a 5 star rating but this 1 star is purely for the last few calls. Thanks

My husband chose your company. I decided to keep it after he passed away. It works.

It used to have great customer service. Now, it is terrible.

Greeted by a sales pitch while logging into my account. An obnoxious one. I don't want to click away stupid stuff like that. Find a better way to suggest other services to your existing customers.

1) you don't ever refund the money when I get a service by accident
2) I called to get my SSL on my website and it's still not working
3) You changed the entire interface and now I don't know how to see my host expiration date.
4) I am really disappointed and will move on to another hosting company.

HostGator is fine, but why did you remove easy access to cPanel? It's so hard to fine and that's the main reason I come here.

I thought it was the best choice before. I was wrong.

Problems occurred through no fault of my own. Instead of fixing them, I'm told I need to go in and fix it myself. REALLY? What the hell am I paying you for if I need to fix issues you created myself? Actively looking for a new provider now...

Removing some of the easy access things is annoying. It is harder to locate something's like cpanel

10 years ago you guys were great. I am so frustrated! I now have 2 accounts and my website has been down for over 3 weeks and i have made an insane amount of calls and i get no where!
