Because it used to be the best hosting provider for the money, but recently it keeps breaking my websites for no reson. This is the third time in a short period I have to contact support. They fix it but then in the next day is offline again without us making any changes. Sad to say.
It was good company with good rates. Now it is not as it was.
I'm having trouble with my email program. I can't have them on two remote devices like my two separate computers because I can't access them remotely unless I change the password on each device. The email program online gets confused about what email I am answering. 2 I get a notice every day that there is a problem with diane-edgecomb.com. When I call support they say it is just a glitch. People are not getting my emails. And on it goes.
Payment gateways are not working as old interface.

Not happy with service. My WordPress sites the login info no longer works and the schedule posts never appear. Also the new layout is very confusing and it is harder to figure out how to pay a balance.

I am a web developer, I developed not only my own site but also help my customers develop their sites and familiarize them with cpanel and wordpress. Last month a customer of mine had her site lose it's SSL cert, I called support, I chatted with support. I got through 4 technicians before my issue was resolved. Now I go onto my site, which nothing has changed I haven't signed into it for over a month and I notice that my SSL is not active, I attempt to activate it and it does not go through. I again call support, I get a tehnician and I get is 'well the IP address changed'. Well it's on you because I haven't changed anything so please fix it. 'We can't', well I know for a fact you can, because I just went through this same issue not even 2 weeks ago. So now I have to contact someone in support to help me configure the SSL for my site.
Cost increases without prior notice however services is getting worse.
Told it was simple and easy to use. Came up in many searches.
