In the 2023 and before i made of my service with the credit card payment directly on the hostgator platform. I uses digital credit card with dinamic CVV and the new form is problematic
It was many years ago. You folks were the best out there
Never cancelled. But Hostgator is exploitive and has increased price over and over and over for the cheapest Baby plans. Insane. Money grabbing, yet your service has decreased and value decreased. Money grabbing - Shameful company standards. Will cancel soon. Have been telling everyone to stay away and go with ethical companies. So yes, Hostgator is trash due to the way you exploit clients.
Constantly issues with unauthorized changes being made to our DNS, yoast SEO premium which we paid for is not working properly and no one can give us an answer. Wish I had gone to a different copany because my concerns and case are being swept under the rug.
I have hostgator for year I chose you because your the best on the market today as you were years ago.

Everytime I have an issues it takes several calls to get it worked. They say they will take care of it, then you get a email telling you how to do it yourself.
New customers get great deals but existing customers pay too much for hosting

My sole reason for migrating from Godaddy to Hostgator was to have my SSL automatically maintained so that I had no web outages. That is not working as I hoped. Your techs are great about getting it working again, but it is not automatic.
Over 24hours Account Suspension and Account is not Due yet.
I have chatted 7 agents all they keep saying is Admin Admin will look at the issue.
Your Admin support is wanting...At this day and age messing a customer business like this is unacceptable.

I have had nothing but trouble with HostGator support. I have spoken by phone, email and chat. Each and every person has been unhelpful and make me feel unvalued as a long time customer. I have been threatened, lied to and given false information by HG reps and I have all of the emails and screen shots of the chat conversations to show all of the negative interactions. I am one step away from cancelling my HG account all together and migrating to a new host. I have had my patience tested and pushed to the limit. One star as a rating seems too much at this point. Sadly.
Lost service for my website for 3 weeks. Terrible customer service and no compensation or apology whatsoever.
I had it before, but I didn't like how much the price increased after the introductory period. An increase is fine, but this was more than double. It is a good, easy to use service, though.
