My Account is hacked again and again. And support team not cooperating even though i have 10 business accounts but no one supporting.
I was recommended to me from a youtube video but im having a hard time getting to actually ACCESS or even MAKE my website. The domain transfer from wordpress (im starting to wish i never left it) has been horrible. It still hasnt gone through even though I was told it did. I'm extremely happy there is a 24hr helpline with a REAL PERSON. Its not perfect as the people helping me cann only offer to much given that its the website of HostGator not living up to greatness. If the helpline feature wasnt included i wouldve cancled everything by now. I hope it all gets better but as of now Im stressed I may not be able to build my website on through HostGator.

You have been a reliable host so far. The new version requires more and confusing steps for me to access to my files to update. I use Visual Studio to create content, then upload to HostGator. Your priority should provide "how to make it easy to access and update my files", instead of selling me features I don't need. Thank you, guys for being a good reliable host. Please continue with your previous model "better service" than your new "more sales" approach,

You charged us over 300.00 in 12.2023 and yet we still cannot gain control of our account, in spite of multiple calls and help tickets. You have made this an absolute nightmare.
Customer Service from overseas (Indian names) is terrible. I was left 5 days with no access to my account pending verification (after being a client of 3 years. I sent many emails and called many times, it took 5 days to get it resolved.

Lots of email problems. Expensive hosting and it's slow.
I am not satisfied with their care and services. They take a long time to solve simple tasks and we have had to request the same task more than 4 times.
I have been a customer since 2015. Customer service is non-existent. CSRs can't be bothered to answer or help you with simple questions. Open tickets have never been resolved.
Se volvieron igual que Godaddy al cambiar su apariencia de panel. Solo piensan en vender, complicando la navegación. Además que pésimo que cambien las versiones de php sin avisar.
