I have used HostGator for years. Because I don't log in often, it seems to be a hassle when I do log in.

Ease of use. It's served me and my clients well for over 10 years. Customer service is simply outstanding!

The level of customer service has gone down a lot. We are always talking to people that do not have access to more technical information when requested. You do not offer 24/7 tech support, real tech support, not just someone who answers phones.

Ease of website. Assistance of people helping when you have a problem.

My site has been down for months and nobody will help me.

Rearranged everything. Unable to find how to easily edit my site. Updates suck!

Didn't know that it required so many add-ons. My other web host kept everything secure and was easy to use with just one fee.

Way better experience than my previous hosting platform

Originally had good service/ui/ reasonable pricing. Now all of that has changed, the service is not as good, the UI changes are not great and the pricing for my hosting plan is not market competitive.

I thought they were good but they charge you for hosting then you realise you then to need to pay lots of essentials after like SSL, etc. it's not a complete package.

I am leaving Hostgator - you guys screwed up royally with a long-time loyal customers. Completely irresponsible with the data you were entrusted with. Very Sad.

Stable servers, helpful staff, reputation, and good prices.

You were a good choice 10 years ago but now my website can't be seen and you haven't solved the problem during the two months I have been in contact with your support. You haven't even replied to my last email. But you keep on sending emails where you want me to evaluate your services.

When I log in I can't see the hosting panel and other options.

It was affordable and has allowed me the freedom to create my own website on my schedule.

Not at all satisfied with the lack of a USA based customer assistance or customer retention department to address issues. Have been a HG customer for many years but force to change provider due to exorbitant price increase.
